Description of the Apollo Beach vacation home rental
This 2000 sq/ft home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, and family room. You can see the water from every room including the kitchen. The screened-in lanai is 12' X 35' and provides a great place to lounge and view the water. We have just completed a "face lift" of the house inside and out so everything looks like new. There are ceiling fans in the family room, dining room, lanai, kitchen, and each bedroom. All amenities are included such as high speed wireless internet, cable TV, appliances, dishes, linens, etc. All you need to bring are your personal items.

The large dock on a deep-water canal will accommodate your 50' yacht and the lift will handle your fishing boat. There are no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico and the fishing is the best in the Tampa area. Our next-door neighbor is a fishing guide and he will take you to the best spots in Tampa Bay.

Nice house but problems with bugs

November 29, 2013

We had problems with cockroaches and fleas. The owner called in a company to come in and spray every few weeks and we tried to vacuum but unfortunately we had bugs until the day we left.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this house. It was really our first long term Florida vacation. The water was nearby and the house opened to the lanai for the true Florida feel.

Owner's reply:

We enjoyed having you as our guests and we are happy you decided to become Florida residents. Greg

Nice house-Great Location

May 10, 2010

We stayed Jan thru April & loved the house and the location. The house sits on a canal which feeds into Tampa Bay--great for fishing.

I rather stayed at a motel 6

March 7, 2009

I rented this house for 3 months. It was a rather old house with old equipment and appliances. It took 35+ mins to go anywhere. The nearest beach was 45mins away. The plumming in the house didn't work right everytime you took a shower the toilet would make noises and the shower would back up, they never got the yard landscaped. The house smells like cats and my eyes itched me every night. They didn't want to give me my deposit back, which is fine because i will never stay their again. Tbe house deff didn;t have a face lift. It takes 6 mins from the entrance of the neighborhood to the house. Apollo beach is very very far from everything. Your better off renting in CLearwater or West Palm. I had the place for 3 months and only stayed 35days. One tv in the whole house. The garage smells like fish when you put the heat or central air on. I also seen alot of bugs in the house. The people were nice but if your thinking about droping 2150 a month look around first. If anyone is cons
