Description of the Asheville vacation home rental
This charming and cozy 2400 sf. house is completely renovated and remodeled, has very functional open concept floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and excellent baths plus updated in new appliances kitchen. We provide high quality top grade linens and towels. Charter cable service, Netflix, 4 flat screens TVs in bedrooms, fast speed internet and Wi-Fi, Desktop PC and printer provided upon request. Outside deck is supplied with Gazebo during summer time. Private yard gives you access to grill. There are plenty of parking spaces for 8 or more cars on both driveways and in addition long car garage can be used as a storage for bikes and motorcycles. Main floor includes master suite with Queen size bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi, large shower and walk in closet. Bedroom has a sliding door with access to the private deck. One of the other two bedrooms has Queen size bed and the other one has two twin size beds. Those two share the second full bath with shower. Dining / living area is open to the kitchen with the bar; it also gives you an access to the main entrance, and entrance to the back yard deck. Living area gives you doorway to the stair case with opening to the apartment in lower level. This additional space/apartment includes kitchen/living area with the bar, bedroom with king size bed and computer desk, full bathroom with Jacuzzi supplied in shower. It has separate entry door to street level driveway and garage.

My Traditional Contemporary House is conveniently located less than a 2 miles from downtown, little over a mile to Mission Hospital and Biltmore Estate and is a perfect place to live in as well as a gateway to explore all surrounding attractions Asheville has to offer. Easy freeway access, just couple blocks to Interstate 40 and 240 is an excellent starting point for longer field trips. This property features magnificent accommodations including easy reach to many diverse restaurants, local shopping and Asheville Mall. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees and mountain views, it will definitely make you feel very peaceful and relax. The setting of the house makes it perfect retreat after a long day full of exciting activities as well as sets relaxing mood for someone who wants to enjoy themselves away from everyday city routine.

Great property. Extremely clean. Location quiet. Property was well maintained. Beds all comfy. Décor well done. Close to downtown. I live in Asheville but all wanted to do our yearly get together here.

The beds slept amazing. The house was extremely clean and very stylish. The owner communicated great, which made asking questions and logistics super easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was huge. The house was convenient to downtown and to UNC-A and the neighborhood was very quiet.
