Karla is very friendly and easy to get along with. Having stayed at the Berkeley property, I can say with confidence that other renters will have a great experience here. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the UC Berkeley campus (about a 30 minute drive from SF) and about a 20 minute walk from Shattuck Avenue, where you'll find great restaurants/book stores/clothing stores/bars etc. (check out Angelines Kitchen on Shattuck!!!). Good place for a relaxing stay in the Bay Area. -Maria B., Toronto, Ontario (visited Dec., 2012)
