Fantastic experience

June 19, 2013

We had a lovely time with our family as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on June 15th while at the Ozark Stone House. It was furnished very nicely and we want to rent the house again in the future.

Owner's reply:

We really enjoyed meeting you all and thank you so much for choosing the Ozark Mountain Stone House for your 50th Wedding Anniversary!!! Can't wait to see you again.

Great homey place to stay while in Branson

July 17, 2011

Truly enjoyed our recent stay in the Stone House. Plenty of room and available amenities were well appreciated. Furnishings are perfect and very homey and we loved the front porch. Quiet country setting is nice, and close enough to all Branson has to offer. Perfect size for six to ten people. Would love to stay there again!

Home Away from Home

September 20, 2010

Drove down from Ontario Canada all eight of us in two vehicles. Upon arriving at the "stonehouse" the family all said the pictures don't do it justice. Had some quality time to spend together. All of us are in the 55 plus age bracket and have fond memories of when we were kids. This place brought back a lot of those by gone days. We all agreed that we have to do this again! We all looked forward to returning "home" each night after the day outings and relaxed on the front porch every night! Thanks Don & Regina for providing the use of your "Jewel in the Orzarks". The worst part of the holiday was having to leave. The Chenard Clan from Canada

Grandma's House

November 16, 2007

This home was so comfortable and spaciaous, it brought back memories of spending time at "Grandma's House". The rural surroundings are beautiful, yet we were only minutes from Branson. We will definitely come back for another stay.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

Now that we are back into the daily grind of work, I'm thinking back fondly of the magical relaxing time we had at your beautiful stone home. Everything was perfect in every way. It is so apparent that you go out of your way to make your guests feel at home. Everywhere I looked I found some nice amenity. Every evening we enjoyed a wood fire in the fireplace, it was so cozy and comfortable. We brought some more wood up from the shed to restock the pile under the car port so the next guest would have some wood available also. We even took a snowy hike down the hill. Can't wait to hike those trails in nice weather.
We are definitely going to pick a date to come back in May or June and bring our children and their families which would include 6 adults and 2 grandchildren ages 1 and 3. We really want to spend some time on that great front porch and I want to hide away in the upstairs alcove with a good book - Mary and Steve
