The house sleeps 8-10.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the snow falling from the huge picture windows in the great room, while you relax on the comfy sectional couch in front of the fireplace. This home has amazing views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range. You can ski out the back door, along French Creek, and onto endless cross country and snow shoeing trails, or catch the free bus to the gondola to world class alpine skiing and snowboarding. This home is walking distance to town (6 blocks). The free shuttle bus to the ski gondola and town, picks up twice an hour from the bus stop, which is at the end of the street. This home has an in-town location with a remote mountain feel.

The house is 3,300 SF with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and has high end finishes throughout. Three of the bedrooms are master suites that have attached bathrooms.

The great room (main floor) includes the living room with fireplace and 60" TV, the dining room (seats 8) and the kitchen with a granite counter top bar that seats 4-6 people. The kitchen is a chefs dream with high end Wolf and Sub Zero appliances.

The master bedroom (main floor) has a king size bed, a fireplace, a 40" TV and a beautiful five piece bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub.

Bedroom #2 (walkout basement) has a king size bed, a foosball table and an attached private bathroom with two sinks and a private entrance to the hot tub/patio.

Bedroom #3 (walkout basement) has a queen size bed and an attached private bathroom.

Bedroom #4 (upstairs) has a queen size bed.

The theater room (walkout basement) has a 55" TV with 5.1 audio and a gas fireplace.

The house is in the best location, right on the purple free bus line. If we repeat this trip again, we would not rent a vehicle and simply take the shuttle to and from the airport. The house is clearly a primary residence which does have some advantages. The house feels like home and is beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Both owner and snow blower were available to make the experience enjoyable. The house number is difficult to see in the dark. My suggestion is to ask the owner the specific lot number for ease in finding it.
