Cape Coral has more navigable canals than any other city in the world!!! That is why they call it "The Waterfront Wonderland" and with the views from this home - which is located on one of the most traveled canals coming out to the river leading to The Gulf of Mexicoevery day is like a constant boat parade. A public boat launch ramp is conveniently nearby,
Easy access to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, beaches, islands, day tripping or whatever, so many amenities are convenient to this location. Via the Mid Point Bridge to the SW Florida International Airport within 25 minutes. Sanibel Island via the Cape Coral Bridge is within 20 minutes. Naples is less than hour and either Fort Lauderdale, Miami or Tampa can be reached in a littler over 2 hours. Many, restaurants, doctors, services and shopping are virtually located at the end of the street; it would be difficult to find a more convenient location.

We just spent 2 weeks in this little piece of paradise! Chris the property guy was great, he provided us with all the important info and was always available if needed. The house was well appointed with everything we could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed the large heated pool and the view of the canal, absolutely beautiful ! We even got to see Dolphins up close and personal, feeding right in front of the house. Spectacular!!!! The weather was great, sunny and warm. We've stayed in several homes in Florida and this one has been the best so far. The traffic on the main road can get a little noisy at times but otherwise this place was awesome !! Would definitely recommend this area, it's close to everything you need, shopping, airport and plenty of restaurants. Thanks mike and Chris, another great vacation for the books !

Villa Finnigan's Keye was a great house to stay in Cape Coral. Update home with a heated pool, has all the amenities you need for your family. Close to shops and restaurants. The only minor issue is that to go to Fort Myers and the access to Sanibel/Captiva you have to pay $2 plus $6 at the bridge of Sanibel. If you like to beach and small fishing villages, this is the place to go. Lots of places to explore.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house, the pool and the view! Some items were needed (hair dryer, can opener). Otherwise, very clean and the renovated bathrooms were beautiful. The owls across the street were fun to watch!
