Area Information
This condo is minutes from one of the top rated beaches in the USA. It is only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Tampa's restaurants are plentiful and can please every taste. Clearwater beach offers, fishing excursions, scuba diving, jet skis, boating excursions, site seeing excursions, Pier 60 events, plenty of golf courses, and the list goes on.

Bush Gardens is a short drive. Disney is 90 minutes.

You may prefer to sit by the gorgeous pool& fountain, or take a 4 mile trip to the white sandy beaches of Clearwater.
Clearwater beach has sightseeing excursions, and boat tours.
Avalon is a cost-effective vacation rental close to the beach, but without the high costs associated with beach-front hotels.

Grocery store & restaurants are within walking distance.
