This unit was completely renovated recently, including but not limited to the kitchen, tile floors, furniture & pictures throughout, plasma TV's in the living room and master bedroom and much more. The pictures speak for themselves.
Unit 509 has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. In addition, everything you need is provided such as a full kitchen, all linens/towels, beach accessories, etc.
Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. We also provide free high-speed WiFi and beach accessories for your enjoyment.

Nice ocean front condo

Although the condo is kiddy-corner to ocean, the view is very good. The condo is very spacious and it was very clean. The walk to the beach was through the courtyard and gate, over the vegetation, and you're there. The ground were meticulously maintained and the pool was crystal clear.... I was able to do laps... probably about 18 yds in length. Only downside was sink drain was very slow draining... put in a call and it was fixed that afternoon. Later the bathtub was slow draining... not bad enough to put in call... I suppose the next person will need to if the housekeeping doesn't call it in.
