Awesome house

“ Excellent ”
July 10, 2015
We loved the house with the blue roof. Enough room for everyone and we were able to ride straight from the house to any trail we wanted. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Already booked our vacation for next year.

Quiet & secluded

“ Excellent ”
August 4, 2014
House was cozy, views were wonderful. Very quiet & peaceful. The 3rd bedroom is in the basement, we all slept on upper two floors. Kitchen was fully equipped & had everything one would need. Be careful flatlanders, things cook very differently at high altitudes. We had a great time! Can access Pitkin from house on ATVs. You must conserve water as house is on a cistern-not a big deal as all mountain homes function on this water supply. It's a great lesson in conservation for kids (& adults). We hope to return next year!
