Reviews for this vacation villa rental in Davenport, Florida

I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday to go to Epcot/Universal Studios. The house isn't far from either of the parks. Everything in the house was well kept and I had only one real issue which was the pool heater. The pool heater didn't work during my stay, however, the owners were very nice about the whole situation. If the heater had worked, this review would have easily gotten 5 stars without a doubt! Would I recommend? Yes! Very much!
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay, but of course we are sorry that you were unable to enjoy the pool during your stay. Despite our best efforts to make sure that everything is working well things like this sometimes happen which are beyond our control. You will be pleased to hear that it has now been fixed and we look forward to seeing you again soon! Christina

My wife was very enjoy making food for us during the holiday because the kitchen is very good. My kids alway love to play in the pool and I was enjoy the barbeque grill time too. It was a very nice and clean vacation home and we are sure will come again next trip to Orlando.

Pretty good deal

For basically the same price as a hotel, it was really nice to have a place where everyone could have their own room & TV. The house was pleasant and clean. The management company left something to be desired; they were slow to return calls and it would have been nice to know ahead of time to request the pool heater to be turned on - our stay was short so by the time we learned the heater was an option, it was too late. But renting a house instead of getting a hotel room (or 2) is definitely the way I'm doing vacations from here on out.

The house was great. The door to the pool has a security feature that sounds an alarm everytime you open it until you push the button (which is out of reach of children). This was great since we took 2 little girls. The house came with movies and games for all ages (for raining days), which came in handy. The patio has a BBQ (which we used alot) and were happy to have. The pool is screened in (which is fantastic, because mosquitos are annoying). It also has a small yard that is fenced in for privacy, that not alot of rentals have, so we enjoyed that. Plus it is good for if you have a family pet that you want to bring (as the house is pet friendly). The beds were very comfortable. People don't usually think about that when renting, but a bad bed can ruin your night and put a damper on your day, so we were happy that the beds were so cozy. The decorations and details of the house were tasteful and pleasant. The recliner in the living room was so comfortable. The only problem with the recliner was we couldn't get my brother out of it (lol). The owners responds quickly to any inquiries you may have. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. I go to Orlando every year to takes my nieces and I can see myself renting this home again. I loved it and was sad to leave.
Great Disney Vacation

The house was easy to book. When we entered the house everyone loved it! Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We were 4 adults and 2 teens. When we were not shopping or at the parks we sat by the pool and barbecued. The best was the surprise they had for us when we arrived. I will not say what it was lol. I would recommend this house to any one and would love to return again.
