The mid level den, with custom art mural, provides a getaway in this luxury home. The ground level comes equipped with a receation room including a pool table, a wet bar with a full size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave. If this is not enough fun, you can you can enjoy the large screen TV. All this is open to a fabulous pool deck outdoors with a soothing rock waterfall that flows into a San Luis Rey inground pool. Watch the stars and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean while in the hot tub or relax by the pergola and wet bar.
