Sea Colony stay

April 9, 2014

Sea Colony has many activities which can be used by guests for a $12 fee in March and April. The community is well maintained and attractive. The actual home we rented was well laid out and relatively clean. However, additional cleaning, especially of the shower door, was needed. Also there were areas that needed refurbishing: two chairs had one or both arms missing, the carpet tiles were fraying in many places, a lamp shade was missing, handles were missing on one drawer each of two chests. The positives were a very functional layout, comfortable beds, a nice shower head in the master bath, a nice refrigerator, but no ice maker.
