Minimal Maintenance done on this property. Owner just does what he needs to to get by. If you like cockroaches, mold and possible bedbugs - pay the overpriced fee. Our children had red welts all over their bodies when we left. Pool never worked properly. Uneven surfaces on the outside patio/pool side as it always fun to see kids trip and adults. He's just collecting a paycheck. Oven does not work properly and beds are beyond uncomfortable. Can't count on the pullout - two adults in our group gave up on it after the first night. We are by no means expected a palace but basic fundamental maintenance and cleaning would be nice. It's not worth the price. WE used our hard earn money for trip that had the appearance of run down Super 8. Sorry it just was. I'd think twice. It was not a good experience at all. Owner complained about how much money it took to fix the pool ($400). But didn't complain taking $4000 from us. If you can't keep the place up, sell it! Greedy...

This property was excellent and the location was perfect. It accommodates a lot of people and is perfect for multiple families because it has two washers, dryers and kitchens. The rooms are comfortable and the views are wonderful. We had a blast and 2 weeks wasn't long enough.
Great place for a large gathering

Location was perfect and the accommodations were roomy. It was a little older than we anticipated, but it was relatively clean inside and out. The only problem that we had were ants. Renters were attentive to our needs and so I anticipate that problem will be taken care of. We look forward to renting again next year.
Gail From UK July 2013 ...We have stayed with my family in this AMAZING vacation house, which was by far, the BEST we have ever stayed at. The owners were so friendly and nice!!! The house was perfectly located, cleaned and equipped. We had more things than we needed!! The beach is just 4 blocks and the nighborhood is really quiet. We highly recommend this house since it has not a single drawback. Believe me! It is the best house one can ever dream of!!

5 Stars based on Value. Traveled to this property for a thanksgiving break vacation with extended family. While I was not involved in the booking process or exchanging of keys, this great villa is the best bet for large groups in Lauderdale Beach. For the budget minded vacationer, this home will certainly not disappoint, and I’d go as far as to say it’s actually a bit underpriced. Amazing location on the canal, with a short 2 block walk to the area’s best beach. Overall the rental is showing its age for the price, you're not going to do any better. The kitchens are nicely equipped with just enough, the rooms provide adequate sleeping for a large family, and the pool and outdoor patio area is nice. I'd recommend it to most of my friends, and will likely find myself staying there again if looking for a place to enjoy the beaches of Fort Lauderdale
