We thought the overall place was very nice and roomy. The kitchen had very good appliances, pots and pans. Our family thought the number of dinner plates, saucers and soup or breakfast bowl were too few. The carpets were not as clean as we would have liked and there was a large brown stain on the bedroom carpet that needed cleaning. The view of the gulf was spectacular. Management didn't give notice to us that the heated pool would not be heated until March 1 and take a day or two to be the 83 degrees that was comfortable to be in the water. A few maintenance items needed attended to, (1) entrance door weather seal needs replaced as it leaked air badly, (2)renter replaced 6 light bulbs, (3)smoke detector needed battery or replacement, (4) no light in entry way-bulb probably burned out, (5) no pot holders or hot pads, (6) to few dish wash cloths or face cloths, and (6) installers of new sliding glass doors didn't use correct seal on screen door (installer told renter he contacted company to send correct ones)
