Perfect seclusion.

We were looking for something that was totally hidden in the trees and we found it. The view of the mountains is nice and face south west for a good sunset. The stairs to the master are a little steep and if you bring family, don't expect a lot of privacy in the master because its balcony is open to the living room. For the two of us it was great though. The hot water had a slight sulphur smell I guess from sitting for a long time and the hot tub will turn itself off so you have to pre-heat it about 30min before you plan to get in but other than that everything was great!

Best Spring Break Getaway

“ Excellent ”
April 10, 2015
Me (the mother), my twin daughters and our dog left Atlanta during their spring break to head out to a peaceful getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We got everything we dreamed of.. The cabin was clean, quaint and perfect. The hot tub was splendid.... a great way to start and end our day. We were thrilled with the accommodations. My only complaint was that the TV's were rather small. Watching NCAA Basketball tournament was a bit compromised! In any case, everything else about our stay was perfect. The cabin was definitely secluded, and yet only a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Our dog loved the surroundings. We were able to walk to a waterfront lake just a few minutes from our property. We already miss being in the cabin... After having spent one day back in our home in Atlanta, we all wished we were still relaxing in our cabin. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, quiet and beautiful place to relax. We will definitely find our way back to Blue Ridge in the future!

Overall Excellent!

“ Excellent ”
March 17, 2015
We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The cabin is perfect for a small family or couple. Everything was well taken care of and very comfortable. There were wasps in the cabin while we were there. We called the rental company to let them know, their only responses was that it was a log cabin and that would happen... why I understand this, I am still not okay sharing my sleeping space with the wasps. Only thing- be aware of the drive up. If it has rained recently the road will be very bumpy and muddy. An SUV is suggested. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and relaxing around the cabin!
