Perfect for a multi-generational vacation

We stayed here with our 2married children, their spouses and 3 grand children. It has a perfect layout for all ages. Everyone enjoyed the lake and there was enough space for us to spread out, too! What a relaxing retreat!!

What a great place to stay. Sharon & Mikes place provided us with a great home base for our Masters golf trip. Reynolds Plantation is a wonderful place to stay & the courses are spectacular. I would highly recommend this home.

The house is a nice location in Reynolds. Very close to the Ritz and Lake club. We loved that it is on the water and we were able to dock our jet skis and boat eaily there - great backyard. We were a group of 9 and slept comfortably.

Fabulous Father's Day
June 23, 2011
We spent 2 nights in this gorgeous, well-equipped and spacious home. Our family of four had more than enough room; it truly could have slept 12 comfortably. We hosted a lakeside outdoor boating party for 25 people and the dock, yard and house were perfect for our gathering. The owner even added cleats to their dock for us to tie up our boat. The deveopment is just minutes away from grocery stores and other shopping, allowing for quick trips to pick up whatever we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded all expectations

This home was perfect for our annual Masters trip. There was plenty of room for 8 guys, and the back porch was a great place to relax after a long day of playing golf at Reynolds Plantation. The house is only an hour or so drive to Augusta. Sharon is terrific to work with and we look forward to renting from her again.

"Perfect family retreat"

We rented this beautiful lake house to celebrate our father's 70th birthday, and it was a perfect family retreat for our multi-generational weekend getaway. The first floor master was wonderful for our dad who has a hard time climbing stairs with his bad knee. With the master, the main living room, kitchen, dining room and porch all on the main level, this was perfect for him. Also having a side deck with just a couple of steps down to the grass where he could walk easily out to the backyard and down to the dock was awesome. My sister and her family had the entire downstairs with 2 bedrooms, full bath and 2nd living area for her kids and baby. My husband and I and our teenage son had the 2 bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd level. It was truly perfect for us all and we didn't even use all of the space. There is yet another bonus area over the garage that would make a perfect sleeping area for teens, where they can have their own space away from the rest of the crowd. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked with everything you need and has a great pantry. They even provided plenty of garbage bags and dish soap! I also really loved having a generous pantry, a wonderful set of steak knives and a fabulous gas grill. The laundry room is very spacious and even comes with laundry detergent! The home is large yet cozy and has really beautiful views of the lake from most every living space in the home. The owners truly have thought of everything, and I can't say enough good things about this house. We are looking forward to returning here again someday - hopefully soon! Thank you for a wonderful time, and the special memories that we made, at your lovely lake house.

Girls Golfing from Hilton Head: "Just arrived home from our trip (April 25-28, 2013) and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. It felt like a real home and not a rental. We enjoyed many memorable moments sitting outside on the dock, in the screen porch and around the dining room table. It could not have been more perfect. Thank you once again and I will not hesitate to pass on a recommendation to friends here who are looking for a wonderful place to stay in that area."

My parents, their friends, and other family members had the pleasure of staying at Ms. Sharon's house. It was perfect! There was a welcome gift left for them. What a great gesture and surprise. The view of the lake is stunning. The yard is well maintained and looked great. The rooms were great and the common areas were spacious to hold everyone. The back porch was the place to be. I had the the opportunity to stay their one night. Wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to move in with my groomsmen. It is a perfect house to stay at while at Lake Oconee. My parents are still talking about their stay. Sharon is great to work with. She was very accommodating. Her attention to detail and that she assisted my parents with their stay will forever be remembered. She was a vital part of my wedding weekend.....I know she will be glad to help you with a week/weekend that you will not forget. The note she sent me in the mail was another great gesture!! This house is perfect! Thanks again!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Lake House over Mother's Day weekend. We were celebrating the marriage of our son and 13 family members stayed at the house. We ranged in age from 3 to 72 and there was a quiet spot for everyone. We used all the rooms including the bonus room above the garage and the bunk room on the lower level. The spacious lower level was perfect for our daughter and her husband and the two young children as they had play space and as well as room for quiet time. They loved swimming in the lake and using their riding toys around the big circular driveway The house is spacious, beautifully maintained, beautifullly landscaped and very livable. We felt very much at home. The kitchen is wonderful and well equipped and with its big table was a favorite gathering spot as well as the deck. The location is great and is close to the Ritz-Carlton Lodge which made it convenient for the wedding activities. The Lake House property has plenty of parking which was great as most of our family members drove their own cars. Sharon was very helpful in arranging all of the gate passes for our "comings and goings" throughout the weekend. We would certainly love to return one day for another family get- together. Thanks, Sharon, for making our three day weekend so much fun and so easy! What great memories!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this house and the experience we had in renting it and being there for three nights. It is obvious that this is a loved private residence because even though it is shared with others, it is in perfect shape and met and exceeded our expectations. Sharon was so very nice to deal with and Mike got us the perfect tee times we wanted at the course we wanted to play. The caretaker, came by while we were there just to introduce himself and ask if he could do anything for us. We even got to meet the housekeeper who was very nice to us. And finally, the Reynolds development is probably the most beautiful I have visited. I'm talking about not only the common areas, but all the homes appear to be so well maintained and the landscaping on them all is just beautiful. If you are looking for a wonderful, large home in beautiful surroundings owned by nice people you will find it here.

My large family recently had a wonderful reunion at this perfect location. We meet yearly for a week of boating, tubing, fishing golfing etc. This house fit our needs perfectly. The bunk area was great for the teenagers in your family, who have a tendency to stay up late and expect to sleep in. We didn't hear a thing from the night owls. The photos of the house and the lake do not do justice to the house. There is also a table and chairs on the boat dock that most have been added later. My family has been doing this for years and one of the surprising things about the kitchen is that it is very well stocked, with dishes, including extra large pots and serving dishes. The only thing missing was the extra refrigerator and ice maker that our family needed. We eat in all week. The beds were extremely comfortable, We really enjoyed the game room, and played a lot of cards and misc games. We all have lap tops and it was nice to have wifi there. My brother loved the golf course. Any family of all kinds and age groups would love this house. This is on our list of houses to go to again.

This was the first holiday of its type for our family and what a wonderful and memorable way to discover property rentals and lakeside activities in such a pituresque location. We were 7 adults in total and arrived fully laden for an adventure packed few days.... jet skis, kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear etc. The property is in a secluded spot on the lake with minimal surrounding water traffic so swimming straight off the dock was completely safe and we left our jet ski's moored at the dock for the duration. The house is homey, tastefully furnished and as many other reviews have made reference to, is big enough and laid out in a way that everybody had their own space. The house is very well equipped and whether it was indoors or out, we were able to keep everyone fully entertained. Sharon is an exceptional host and the whole transaction was hassle free and simple and we would not hesitate in recommending the Levison family home to anyone looking for a trip to the lake with a touch of class.

I recently spent the weekend at this beautiful home. There were 8 of us "girls" staying there. The house was absolutely perfect for us--lots of room for everyone. The property was in excellent condition, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also can't say enough about working with the owner. Sharon answered all of our questions promptly and made the process so easy for us. There was only one problem--we didn't want to leave!

Von, Fairhope, AL -- "Our family of 22 stayed in this home through the Thanksgiving Holidays. The property was everything described and more. It was truly exceptional. We made wonderful memories and so look forward to staying there again. It very much was like being home-away-from-home. Obviously, this home is very much loved by its owners."
