Although the estate is often enjoyed for inexpensive weddings, family gatherings, reunions, and corporate retreats, it is also enjoyed by single families and couples as a luxurious weekend getaway.
The Main House is situated in the middle of 750 private acres (300+ hectares) and features spectacular views of Mount Monadnock and three states (Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire) from nearly every room! It is the most stunning estate in Southern New Hampshire. It is the perfect balance of man and nature: luxury living within a natural wildlife sanctuary!
Go for an early morning walk or x-country ski and return for a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Take your friends or family on a nature hike and count deer, moose, rare birds, wild turkeys, beavers, and foxes. Walk to the 19th century, restored, historic mill-town of Harrisville for a charming lunch. Relax with your friends or family on the porch of the sunset cabin and watch the best sunset of your life as the glowing sun falls over the Green Mountains in Vermont. If you still have energy, go into the den, light a fire, and pick a DVD to watch on the large plasma screen HDTV with brilliant surround-sound. If you still have energy, take hot tub and count the shooting stars!
No matter what the season is, this estate is magical. Come in the spring and you will be astonished at the color and wide variety of life as the earth warms and re-awakens. Come during the summer and enjoy the perfect mountain-top breezes, watch the grazing horse, goats, and sheep, pick your own juicy blueberries, and enjoy miles of private nature trails. Come in the fall and experience the most spectacular foliage, thousands of migrating hawks, and clear, crisp New Hampshire air! Or best of all, come in the winter for x-country skiing, snow-shoeing, snow-mobiling, superb downhill skiing, sledding, skating, and cozy fireside gatherings.
There is even a guest cabin and also Treetop Manor: a secret and elaborate treehouse that sleeps 4! Best of all, everything you need is nearby: groceries, shopping, movies, theater, dining, skiing, swimming, etc.
Words and even pictures cannot describe this estate. You are invited to become one of the select few to experience it for yourself!

Great house, fun stay

The house is beautiful! We had a very fun trip. The sunset from the living room was breathtaking. The snowshoes and the jacuzzi added a lot of fun and entertainment. The fireplaces in the wintertime made the home cozy and lovely. I would definitely recommend this property.
An idyllic visit

A delightful home to bring extended family together. The house was well equipped and the ping pong table was great fun. The lack of a bathroom meant the kids got to sleep in the guest cabin with its amazing views. We enjoyed the local lakes for swimming during the day and had a great choice of restaurants for dinner in Peterborough. It was even better in reality than in the photographs.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and the scenery is breath-taking. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The guest cottage was adorable and everyone enjoyed feeding the animals. We would definitely love to return.
