The Unit is only a 45 minute drive from West Palm Beach, and approximately 2 hours from Miami and Orlando.

Wonderful stay at Hutchison Island

We spent a wonderful vacation at the Bryn Mawr Condo at Hutchison Island. The complex is very well maintained and includes tennis courts and a beautiful pool; the entire complex is in mint conditions. The condo unit was decorated and furnished with good taste and very well appointed including good quality cookware and dish ware; since we love cooking and preparing good meals this was important to us. The view from the condo is breathtaking and the beautiful beach is very close and easy to walk to. We have enjoyed the bicycle paths and rode regularly to Vero Beach, a very pleasant ride. I also enjoyed riding my motorcycle around scenic roads either the A1A, the Old Dixie Hwy or the Indian River Road. There are nice restaurants close-by and I recommend the Harbor Cove at the marina, where the food is good, the service competent and the scenery never boring. This condo deserves a 5 stars.

This was an excellent unit with new kitchen & appliances. 2 Lg bd rooms with lots of space and yd patio. Flat screen LCD TV, cable, new couch and mattress. Private beach with key access and gazebo on beach. Could use new carpet, and some painting. The price was very good for a Condo 100 yds to a private beach. Off season rates were 1/2 of other locations i checked. I would definitely come back again.
