Description of the Isla Verde vacation apartment rental
This newly remodeled beachfront condo-hotel studio is centrally located on San Juan's best beach, Isla Verde Beach, only a 3-minute drive from San Juan International Aiport. It features the amenities of a hotel combined with the convenience of a fully equipped spacious studio apartment. And one added bonus: this privately owned apartment rents for about 40% less than what the ESJ Towers Hotel charges for similar units! On the 15th floor with spectacular panoramic view of Isla Verde Beach, Puerto Rico's
finest. Next to El San Juan Hotel and Casino and other major hotels and restaurants, five minutes from airport. Hotel facilities include huge swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, video game room, card room, fitness center with sauna, showers, fully equipped gymnasium
and lockers, voice mail and water sports on our beachfront. Wei-fi is available in the lobby and restaurant. The apartment was updated in 2014 with a new kitchen featuring new kitchen cabinets and a new microwave. In 2013 it was updated with new balcony doors.
Area Information
San Juan's principal tourist area, only 5 minutes from the airport. The ESJ Towers is between two major hotels: The El San Juan Hotel and Casino and the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Casino. Other major hotels, restaurants, and night clubs line the strip. The Isla Verde beach is San Juan's best beach, bar none!

Perfect location great owner. Lionel was a pleasuare to deal with and returned deposit promptly after the trip. Condo is in great condition and fully stocked with supplies. Would definitely wed go back

Great Location, Great Stay

Our experience at the ESJ Towers was absolutely amazing! Everything we needed was within walking distance, even though we rented a Vehicle.The best place to rent a vehicle is Charlie's Car Rental.Their deposit is only $250.00 and we paid about 185.00 for 8 days. There is a 24 hour supermarket right across from the Hotel. All you have to do is go through the front gate, and head straight down the street pass the Chili's, and it will be on your right... you can't miss it.They had everything we needed there including alcohol & liquor, with security at all times.We were able to cook many of our meals, as everything we needed was provided in the Condo.We visited Cerro De Nandi, which is the highest Restaurant in Puerto Rico.It had great views and we had a wonderful experience. The drive took us about 45 minutes. We also took the Ferry to Vieques which was about a 45 minute commute also, then a 1 1/2 hour Ferry ride each way.The Famous restaurant named Pinones is minutes away. When leaving the Hotel you make a left, go straight and you can only make a left or a right, merge towards the left and follow it all the way down over the bridge and it will be directly on your left. The view is Amazing of the ocean with brown sand and so is the food. The Owner was great when working with us and was available at all times.The condo provided a great comfort. The views are spectacular, and the beach is right there. In order to do laundry you must go to the front lobby to exchange your Dollar for a token.That is the only way you will be able to do the laundry. There was Wifi in the entire Hotel at all times.The mini market downstairs is open until 11pm which is great, but fairly overpriced. We were there during the Storm Isaac and the owner was there to guide us on how to close the storm shutters.We will visit the ESJ towers and Rent from Mr.& Mrs.Kaufman every time we visit Puerto Rico. It's a great location and not far from any parts of Puerto Rico. We look forward to working with them again.Come to find out Hector Camacho also owns a condo in the Esj Towers and was very welcoming when we arrived.

I stayed at ESJ for 1 week with my daughters and my mom and we cant wait to go back. Lionel was very hands on, anytime i needed to speak with him he was only a phone call away and he called me 2x just to make sure everything was to my satisfactory. We were just steps away from the beach and the pool was awesome. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect english. Some people are reluctant to rent a property over the internet but my expereience was very smooth and easy. We will definitely be back!

Clean, convenient and affordable!

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need on your vacation, including plenty of linens and towels, cooking necessities and beach toys. The studio is spacious with lots of light in the morning, beautiful view of the ocean, plenty of space, fantastic balcony perfect for breakfast. Lionel is very flexible and responsive. The place is great for staying in Isla Verde. There is free parking in case you rent a car. Pool is 25 meters and great for swimming in the morning (9-10am). Beach access to Isla Verde beach, but the beach is much better to the right of the beach passed Ritz Carlton.

Since the ESJ Towers is a condo-hotel, it offers all the amenities of a hotel while it is privately owned and managed. We try to do our best to keep it fully equipped and supplied with everything our guests need.
