Idyllic 1 bedroom apartment - Jay Peak
|Per night||$75 - $225|
|Per week||$300 - $1,300|
In summer guests can step across the street to fish in the Trout River or swim in crystal clear water. For the hikers and bikers you can either check out the trail behind the Coach House which leads through the woods to the Montgomery Recreation Center for tennis, soccer, volleyball, etc., or for the more serious outdoor enthusiasts, check out the trails at Hazen's Notch or the Long Trail. Both of these trails are a close drive from the Coach House.
Although our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, if you prefer not to cook, then you will enjoy the convenience of dining on Main Street at area pubs and restaurants.
High speed wifi is complimentary at this Vermont vacation apartment and you can enjoy cable TV and complimentary local phone service.
If downhill skiing and snowboarding is your passion, drive approximately 10 minutes up the mountain road and you'll be at Jay Peak Resort where you can get your "powder fix" or if you've never enjoyed these sports, sign up for ski school and in a couple of hours, their experienced staff will have you on the slopes in no time at all.
If planning summer or fall romantic getaway vacations, The Coach House is the place to be. It has the convenience of being in the heart of an idyllic Vermont village and you can step outside and walk down the street to mom and pop restaurants and pubs to enjoy wonderful dishes and to meet new friends. Go on a stroll or hike on area trails including one right behind the Coach House which will take you to the village recreation center for tennis or ice-skating in the winter. If you paddle then discover the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, a 740 mile long native American Indian waterway that wends its way through our Northeast Kingdom. There is so much to do or nothing at all when you vacation at the Coach House, an affordable Vermont lodging facility very close to Jay Peak.
If excitement and nightlife is required, take a drive across the border and visit downtown Montreal, a 1 1/2 hour drive to the northwest.

Reviews for this vacation apartment rental in Jay Peak, Vermont
Los Angeles, CA
Great Rental Property

I recently stayed at the Brookside Farmhouse a few months ago as a summer family vacation. It was perfect for a large family with enough space for everyone. There is plenty to do without going too far even in the summer time. There is hiking, amazing views at the top of Jay Peak, kayaking into the sunset, swimming in a swimming hole, or just driving and looking at the amazing scenery. Vermont and the Brookside Farmhouse had much more to offer than I ever expected. I will for sure be returning. The hospitality was amazing.
WOW! This vacation home was the best!

If 10 stars were an option, this is it! Our mini family reunion was enjoyed by the 10 of us! We really enjoyed the beauty & comfort of this home and its peaceful location. The kids had loads of room to run freely, play indoors, and enjoy the wonderful weather. This place is a place where we will return and definitely somewhere I recommend.

pros: comfortably cozy; adorably decorated; had everything we needed; nice big foyer for ski/snowboard gear storage; great price; nice and accommodating host(s). cons: only two bathrooms for a house that sleeps 14; the arch/door ways are meant for people under 6 feet tall.
