|Per week:||$960 - $1,020|

Our quiet, family-friendly community offers three lighted tennis courts, a pool that's deep & big enough to swim a few laps plus a shallow ell for lazing, two pavilions with grills, tables & chairs, a volleyball net, and an oceanfront footpath.
Our condo is on the 2nd floor in Building 7. Overlooking the 13th green and the palm studded fairways of the Ocean Course, it has a peek through the palms of the beautiful, blue Pacific. Because this has been our home as well as a family vacation destination, it is fully equipped, very well maintained, and holds quite a collection of Asian art.
The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, updated appliances and much more. A stacked washer/dryer is in a closet in the master bath along with that pesky, but sometimes necessary, iron. There are two cable TV's, one with DVD player and VCR, and a CD/Radio/Stereo. We also provide wireless, high speed internet, a fax machine and a printer. KKSRC employs a Resident Manager and we have our own local representative available, too, in case of unexpected maintenance or other issues.
With one king bed, one queen bed and 2 twin-size floor futons for the young or young-at-heart, we can comfortably accommodate 6 in our two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The south-facing lanai is screened and has sunshades to help keep it cool. Ceiling fans on the lanai and in every other room combine with island breezes to assure comfortable temperatures day and night. You'll find Hawaii guidebooks, maps, information about Hawaiian birds, fish, and people, Sam Choy's cookbook, a guest journal, and probably a Hawaiian/English Dictionary. There are art supplies, cards, games, paperbacks, and even a small Christmas tree with lights and decorations.
For your outdoor fun, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and mats are all provided, as well as a volleyball, a set of golf clubs, and a tennis racquet. If you get down to the tennis courts, you’ll meet Cheryl, our resident pro, who can set up some lessons for you or help you find a game.
Whether it’s a day of tennis & pool at KKSRC, or surfing & snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach Park (just a short walk away), or a visit to Pu’uhonua o Honauanu National Historical Park (1/2 hr drive), or exploring Volcanoes National Park (2-1/2 hr drive), or horseback riding, or a round of golf, or a lazy day on the black sand, the very best end of every day in Paradise is watching for the green flash as the sun dissolves in the vast, blue ocean.
Come and enjoy!

Keauhou Kona Condo/Surf and Racquet Club

An excellent choice for a wonderful vacation in the Kona area. This is the third time we have stayed at this condo. Nicely appointed. The luxury of a fully screened lanai for morning and evening relaxation. Well maintained, classic accommodations. Very comfortable, and convenient to so many places. With a serene view of the golf course, but a few steps from the water, and just below Sam Choy's great restaurant! We recommend this unit!.

Our stay in this unit was very satisfactory. Pam made us feel very welcomed with her personal attention whch included flowers and food! We were impressed with the extent of kitchen equipment and just about everything else one needs for an active vacation, like snorkel gear and tennis racquets. The unit is spacious and very clean with plenty of extra towels and linens. It is definitely an oceanfront unit, but the ocean is lower than the rocks in front so it's not easy to see. It was very quiet at night being off the main road. We would stay here again.

We received the deposit check today along with your letter. We read your letter to our children and stressed again why it was soooo important to be mindful of other people's things. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. We tried out the boogie boards, snorkel gear and even peeked at a couple of your books. We were so comfortable and really felt right at home. The beautiful art work and sculptures made us feel as though we were truly someplace special. Thank you for allowing us to be your first commercial guests and we will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kona. If you add the guestbook feature, we will be honored to write your first official review. Thanks again and perhaps one day we will make it back to Hawaii. Until then Aloha and Mahalo for the perfect vacation!!! Sincerely, Abe and Nicole

Dear Pam, We had a wonderful stay! Your condo is nicer than my house! And almost as big!! I'm now resolved to throw out all our old dishes and glassware and buy new stuff that all MATCHES. We made good use of the pool and tennis courts, and the washer/dryer, but the best part was being able to cook for ourselves and share meals together as a family. We did a lot of shore diving, especially on the reefs off of Puako. This little beach provided an ideal entry/exit spot. It was a very special Christmas indeed, with no snow, no Santa and no trips to the Mall. The Wilsons

Greetings: We just returned from our stay in your condo. It was not a disappointment. The beds were very comfortable and the unit clean with nice appointments. I appreciate not having to go out and buy things like condiments, dishwashing soap etc. The views from the porch and the ocean walk were spectacular. I found the owner very nice to deal with and would recommend the unit to a friend. Thanks for the memories. John and Joyce Clarke

Aloha Pam! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had such a wonderful time. It is amazing your library of books looks so much like mine; Gresham, Coulter etc. I really enjoyed your cook books and made several recipes out of them. I found everything I needed in the kitchen. The Mango Cheese Cake was my favorite! We would be happy to send anyone a recommendation for you. Your condo was beautiful and exactly as you described. We found everything we could have ever needed for the beach. You have been so accommodating due to our shift in dates because of my health and we so appreciate that. This trip meant so much to both of us. Maholo, Rich and Pam Bock
