Owner Supplied Testimonials

We really appreciate your "Aloha" hospitality. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable.

Dear Jinger and Roger, Happy Holidays! Your condo was simply perfect! Clean, clean, clean! We could not have gotten luckier when we reserved it. Great location, comfortable bed with nice sheets too! We will surely be visiting the Island again and will not stay anywhere else. Thanks to you and Roger for making our stay feel more like home than vacation. Meeting you both was a treat for both Bill and I. Simply stated, "Awesome"! Merry Christmas! Happy New Year!

Thank you for changing the week so we could enjoy your condo and for the help getting us here. Hope we can come back and hope to see you next time around. Thanks again, Ailene Great accommodations and amenities once we found our way. Well worth the frustration and thanks for the patient phone help. You guys are great...will recommend to anybody as a wonderful, warm home away from home. Thanks again, Sinc

Thanks so much for this place. It is perfect because it's in the middle of everything. We had a blast. God bless you!

We had a wonderful vacation August 13 - 24. The place is very nice and beaches in the area are beautiful. The view from the balcony is awesome. The guidebooks were extremely helpful and we got to see most of the island, the guidebooks really helped us get around. Everything is closely located and the surrounding area is very nice. Thank you for letting us use the place and hope to come back someday.

Wish we could stay another week. Mahalo

7/21/12 We will be back! You can not beat the location we walked to breakfast everyday. We even walked to the local market and all shops. The little extras they left in the condo were a nice touch. There was a lot of info on things to do and see at the condo. They called us on the 2nd day to see if we needed anything. We will recommend this condo to everyone we know.

I was so happy to have found this condo in the heart of Kona. The convenience of the location is great. There are MANY thoughtful details in this condo - everything you need to feel at home, regardless of the length of stay. I was impressed with the quality of the bed linens and towels. Not your typical "rental" linens. Nice touch! The ocean view from from the lanai and living room was wonderful. The unit offers much privacy, and I felt very safe. I also used the bbq grill offered on the property and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness. The thoughtfulness of the owners was greatly appreciated, I truly felt like I met the proverbial "old friend". Had I found this prior to making other housing arrangements for the last part of my trip, I would have been perfectly happy spending the entire 3 weeks in this condo. Thanks, Jinger, for having internet service in place for me - you knew that I would need it more before I did. The first week of my class would have been much more challenging without it. After having read some other reviews of Kona Plaza, I was slightly concerned with the potential noise level of being in town, right above a restaurant. Noise from town, or from the restaurant, was never a problem. Ironically, the ventilation system on top of the strip mall in front of Kona Plaza was a sort of "white noise", eliminating any "town sounds" there may have been. If you have a car, parking here was also very convenient - a plus for being in town. Also, having experience with staying at another property last year I know that pests can be a problem when staying in town. I did not see one unwanted "guest" during my week at this property. Thanks, I enjoyed your condo!
