Reviews for this vacation home rental in Key Largo, Florida
Great little place right on the water!
March 6, 2015
We had a wonderful time at this great house in Key Largo! The is a cute little house that is well maintained with an updated kitchen and bathroom - the pictures don't do it justice! The house is on a little marina that attaches to the canal. We were able to use the available paddleboard and kayak and get right in the water from the backyard. There is ample space to lay in the sun or under one of the new tiki umbrellas, or sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the canal. The house also comes with private beach access to a couple nearby beaches - we rode there on some bikes that were left for us to use as well which was a lot of fun. We had 4 adults sharing the house and the one bathroom - which we were able to do with very little issues. This would be a great place for a family or a few couples/friends to stay. Maggie was a wonderful host and really helped to make our trip great! She gave advice on the best place to go snorkeling and info on restaurants and other things to do in the area. We also had some car issues on our last day and Maggie graciously helped us out! We would recommend this place to anyone who is interested - it is a great little house and Maggie was a pleasure to meet and work with on this rental :-)

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this really well furnished and beautifully decorated waterfront house. My wife and I along with our 2 adult children and their spouses (and a 6 month old grandson) were able to enjoy Key Largo Diving in the comfort of this spacious 3 bedroom house with plenty of space to wash and dry scuba gear on the cement bulkhead and store in the screened in area below the house. The kitchen is really well equipped and we cooked most meals there. Not only do you get a relaxing coastal vacation-feel sitting in the backyard with palms, grill and furniture, but there are also decks off the elevated first and second floors as well. We were really fortunate to have a manatee come right up to the bulkhead of the canal! The owner is exceptionally nice and helpful - he coordinated the return of the ring that my daughter-in-law acidentally left! We will plan our next Key Largo trip around the availability of this specific house.
We are so pleased that Cici and her family enjoyed our home during their stay in Key Largo. We were especially happy that Cici's daughter-in-law's wedding ring was found by our housekeeper and returned to the place it was meant to be for a lifetime.....her finger!! For anyone looking to relax and enjoy the great diving and fishing of the Florida Keys, please come as our guest. Andy
Nice place, clean

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a downstairs apartment that we did not use, and the upstairs was clean and nice. The bathrooms need remodeled, but other than that it is nice. Susan, the person we worked with was not as good at communicating as other owners, but it all worked out. We had to contact her about details on how to get into the house, what she thought about the condition of the house when we left (it took her several days to inspect) and return our deposit. But she always got back with us.

This home was a great base for exploring the Upper Keys, with easy boat access to Florida Bay. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with many striking and unusual art pieces throughout. The home was perfect for those travelling with a dog - a screened-in ground-level area as well as a fenced and gated yard bordering the canal. We had many "natural" visitors - numerous manatees, pelicans, crocodiles, and even huge tarpon feeding and rolling a few feet away. This is a very quiet and private location, but close to A-1-A. We rented as a couple, but did have vistors staying over during the month. There is ample space for entertaining, and the kitchen is a "cook's dream. This is a well-equipped home. We highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close to beaches and attractions without being choked by traffic congestion. Enjoyed interacting with the Manatees and seeing a couple of endangered Florida Saltwater Crocodiles in the canal. Easy day trips to Key West and Naples were a bonus.
