"We absolutely loved your house! It was in a perfect location, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The dock is wonderful. We rented a boat while we were down there and we got great use out of the dock to enjoy the lake. Our littlest one is 21 months and when we first got there, he wouldn't get in the water by himself at all but by the second day he was jumping off the front of the boat and swimming around to the side and climbing up the ladder to start all over again!

"Very sad faces here - our week is over! We had a great time - one of our best vacations ever. Thanks for a great time - good luck with your relocation plans! If your travels ever take you to California, please let us know - we'd love to meet you". Mary Beth and Mark Katie, Becca, Melissa and Emily (July 2007)
"Hi Susan, Hi David,
We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks! We didn't have much time to relax. Each day we were up early and gone for most of the day. Wish we had more time to relax on the patio and the dock. Friday afternoon the three other fellows had a chance to take the canoe out for a couple of hours. They really enjoyed it! We couldn't believe
how beautiful it is in that area. You truly have a nice place to enjoy. We left a book of Nova Scotia for you. It has lots of pictures of the province. Hope you enjoy it. We also left some prints of scenic paintings that might be appropriate for your waterfront home. Thank you so much for letting four complete strangers stay in your home. We all had a vacation we won't soon forget!" (NASCAR fans from Nova Scotia who visited for May 2007 Race week)
"As soon as I walked in, I felt like I was right at home. It is a very calming house. We enjoyed all the naturalarea that produced so much life. I don't recall ever being outside where I didn't hear the birds. We are country people and we grew up on farms, so it was nice to hear and see nature .The dock was perfect. I wish I had one like that everytime I went fishing at a lake"
We had an amazing time at your house, we absolutely adored it, and she was very suprised!!! It was nice to take a weekend off from everything and just relax, and that is basically all we did was just sit around and relax! I may be emailing you again sometime this summer about renting the house out again for a weekend or so.
Thanks for everything!
