A Rare Jewel in the Forest
|Per night||$295 - $395|
Framed by natural forest and fields, the three Koi ponds feature two waterfalls and a connecting stream between the two main ponds. The grounds are meticulously maintained and feature a large collection of Japanese Maples, rhodedendrons, irises, evergreens, ferns, and water lilies.
A garden path leads you over a small bridge and into a secret sitting area under a grove of old growth cedars, while another leads you to a large boulder at the edge of the pond, where hungry Koi wait to be fed. Other paths lead you past a shade pond, then spiral up to another hidden sitting area and the woods beyond.
The large windows and floorplan provide beautiful views from every room, creating a sense of living within nature while still maintaining total privacy from the outside world.
The stress of every day life seems to melt away as you visit the local farmer's markets, enjoy wine tasting at the Langley wine shop, and explore the Island vinyards.
Bring along your field guide to identify the unique resident wildlife which thrive in our waters, tidepools, and forests.

Under rated and amazing

What an incredible place. After arriving we were amazed as we looked around at how big and private the property is, how beautiful the grounds and how well appointed the house. It is a great getaway for 2 or 4.
