We are ready to go back!

This vacation rental is in a prime location,easy to get to just about anyplace you want to be. The property itself is cozy and comfortable,has everything you could possibly need. Upon arrival, my husband and I found the unit spotless, the support staff friendly and helpful. The pool area is gorgeous,with two built in BBQ's. The owner was gracious,and did everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect In Every Way

The condo and owner John were fantastic! Location, guard gated, pool, garage, balcony, appliances, etc etc were all perfect! We stayed 9 nights and went out often and is very close to everything. I played 8 rounds of golf and was within all courses for an easy drive. The Keurig coffee maker was perfect and there was 20 or more K Cups! Everything you need is here even a washer and dryer. Bed was very comfy and the 50 inch TV looked nice but only my wife used it while I was playing golf. We will definately call John again for our next visit. 5 stars!!!

Unit Served My Needs To Get Away From The Cold NW

I spent the 2014/2015 winter at this condo. The condo unit met all my needs. The unit was clean, updated with new appliances and flooring and the kitchen was fully equipped. I found the bed to be remarkably comfortable! The attached garage was a huge plus for me for security purposes. The washer and dryer located in the garage was handy. For the most part the unit is quiet. The location of the condo complex is near enough to most restaurants, stores and Red Rock Canyon. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 15-20 minute drive. The Strip is only 10 minutes away, airport 15 minutes and the closest freeway is less than 10 minutes away. The owner, John, was quite responsive to any question or needs. He ensured my stay was comfortable and he was available at any time. I can recommend this unit and the owner, John!

It was just perfect stay for me. The condo was in great condition, the location worked perfectly to go to the strip, Henderson, and some stores, and the owner was so helpful to make my stay comfortable. When I go to Las Vegas again, I will check the availability of the condo first.

Great Condo

This is a really good place to stay. Not too far from strip, on first floor with a garage, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, linens, even disposals provided like trash bags, dish soap, etc. We did find the king size bed a bit harder than we like and there was some tiny ants (which are probably everywhere since it is so hot there) but overall this was a really good decision to stay here. Had a couple of issues which were taken care of; however still waiting to hear from the manager on return of our security deposit. Of course we only left there 6 days ago so hope to receive it soon.

I stayed in this rental and had a great experience renting from Denny, He helped me quickly with all of my questions and made it a great stay in Vegas. The location is great, in the middle of everything. In my opinion the kitchen is minimally stocked, but that is not a big deal to me. All in all it was a wonderful time, and comfortable stay. I felt very safe the whole time.

Host Denny was professional and helpful in accommodating my needs. He responded quickly to minor issues that came up. The property was clean and easily accessible. The property lacked some cooking utensils like cookie sheets and toaster oven but the gas range was wonderful. Ice maker did not function--I hope that's working by my next visit. I plan to stay there whenever it's available during my frequent visits to LV. Great value! I recommend this condo.

Spanish Palms Condo Vacation

We stayed in the Spanish Palms Condo for the first time in April of 2013. We enjoyed our time there and the condo was very nice. It was nice to have essentials provided so a trip to the store on arrival day was not necessary. The owner Denny Cruikshank was wonderful to work with. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and we really appreciated him. The location is quiet and pool very close to the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Owner provided excellent instructions to gain entry upon arrival, which was much appreciated. Great location. Large rooms. Garage was a big plus in Vegas, to keep car out of the sun. Huge flat panel TVs. Safe, secure condo complex. Would highly recommend!

We spent the month of February at one of Dennys condos in Las Vegas. It was a wonderful month with all the comforts of home. The condo was clean, well maintained, great location and comfortable. Minutes from beautiful Red Rock Canyon, the new Mob Museum, Clark County Museum, not to mention all the casinos. Spent a day at the Grand Canyon and plan to take a side trip to Sequoia National Park next year. Yes there will be a next year and hopefully the year after. We do not plan to ever stay in a hotel in Vegas again. The condos have better security and more comfort at a lower price. I gave him a 5 star only because a 10 was not an option. You can't go wrong here.

Quiet, Lovely Condo & Community

We loved the condo set up. Two bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit, with their own bathrooms.The master bedroom bath was en suite.Allows for much more privacy than a usual unit. Nice sized closets, plenty of storage Walk in closet in the master bedroom.The pool areahas gas barbecues and is a very lovely area with large lounge chairs adjacent to the exercise room. Side by side refrigerator freezer, plenty of room for all of our groceries. Large TV and nice desk area in Livingroom. There is a fireplace which is turned off in the summer.The patio is very, very small and no patio furniture. More of a stand and view area. Great appliances in the kitchen, including a magic bullet appliance. Very Handy! We loved the drive in garage w/ remote and direct access to the unit from the garage. The is storage space in the garage for coolers, luggage etc. We will definitely stay again.

Denny is very easy to work with and accommodating. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. I will be staying here again on any trips back to Las Vegas, if Denny’s place is available and he will have me. It is far away from the strip to not have the hustle and bustle of all that is going on down there. It is also close enough that it only takes a few minutes to get to the strip. Thank you, Denny.

Q: How far is your property from the Las Vegas Strip and Mc Carran International Airport?
A: This Luxury Condo is centrally located at the main cross streets of Tropicana Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard. It is two miles down Tropicana to the Orleans Casino and four short miles down the same Tropicana Avenue to the beginning of the South end of the Las Vegas Strip. Mc Carran Airport is just 1/2 mile East past the Las Vegas Strip.
Q: How far is the grocery store, shopping and restaurants?
A: There is a full service Albertsons Super Market 2 miles East, Super Wal Mart 3 miles South, Costco 5 miles North West and numerous others with a few miles. There are far too many Great Restaurants with 1 - 5 miles of the condo. There are numerous menus and recommendations left in a kitchen drawer at the unit by previous guests.
Q: How do I reserve my dates and once I reserve my dates how do I gain access to the complex and entry into the unit?
A: If you are interested in securing your dates you will need to send payment for your booking/security deposit in the amount of $250.00. Not only will this deposit serve a booking deposit it will serve as a security/damage deposit. Once you check out, the unit will be walked for loss or damage and your deposit will be processed for return within a few days. Loss or damage looks like missing appliances, TV, decorations or holes in walls, damaged furniture, etc.
Once deposit is received and prior to your arrival, we will notify security office of your arrival and dates of stay. You will be given a numeric code for entry into the unit. Once inside you will find keys to the unit, garage door opener and keys to the facilities (pool and exercise room).
