The condo was pefect, easy check in, very spacious, with everything we needed to have a special family winter vacation! Not the fanciest, but who needs fancy, we spent most of our time on the slopes not in the condo. The location we fantastic very close to the Canyon Lodge and to the Village..could've walked (didn't but could have). Plenty of beds, blankets and heat! Will definately go again...can't wait! Thank you for sharing your Condo with us!! Unit #26

Nice ski trip stay
March 1, 2011
The condo had just about everything we needed. The shuttle stop to the mountain is just a few steps down the street, very convenient. We had a blizzard day, and I had to go to the public library or looney bean to get on the internet. Didn't really want to drive in that weather, this condo needs internet access... The heater was cozy, beds were firm, so that worked for everyone. There should have been a bit more stocked in the kitchen than just salt and pepper. Maybe some 'Pam' spray? Lots of chairs, that was a plus. The living room is not roomy by any means. The unit is much smaller than the pictures looked. Not much room between the back of the couch and the kitchen with the chairs tucked in. Don't put more than 4 people in here. The couches have a wood panel under the cushions to help keep them firm, you should really replace them. The bathrooms were fairly updated. Be ready with ice scraper as there is only outdoor parking!

Fantastic Mammoth trip!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this condo and would definitely stay here again! It has all the amenities you could need and is well taken care of and cozy! The location was great too, I don't think we drove once while we were there - there is a shuttle stop right outside the complex which made transport up to the mountain and around the town very easy! The interaction I had with the owner was wonderful and the property management company made the check-in and check-out extremely easy. We just got home and all can't wait to go again!! Oh, I was also very impressed with the way the complex management kept the massive snow falls under control - we got 3-4 feet while were were there and they were always on top of it!

Early mammoth trip

it was a nice cozy place with enough space for us. we were a total of 8 and had plenty of room..the best part is that it was 2 blocks away from the village. and the gondola to canyon louge was right there so we didnt have to drive to the main lodge or even take the bus
Thumbs Up !

We were a group of 6 that rented this condo. Overall, we had a memorable experience. Location: Great for skiing enthusiasts since it is at a walkable distance to one of the resorts Condo layout: It's a convenient layout that comfortably fits 6 people. 8 might be a stretch but I wouldnt recommend it for a group larger than 8 since the loft is really not all that spacious. The living room and kitchen are also limited Amenities: This was the highlight of the place. Fantastic kitchen stuff with everyhting (I mean everything) available for a full fledged meal and a cute nook for bar as well. The bathrooms were very clean and full stacked with essentials and plenty of towels and everyhting else. The TV is the main living area is SUPERB (one of the highlights). Overall - loved the stay and highly recommend for the money that they quote ! We will come back !
maybe a great place but who could afford?

Not Glamorous, But Close to Everything!

We travel a lot in the winter and this was one of the best trips we had this year and Condo #35 was right in the middle of our fun filled weekend. From walking distance to the ski gondola, to stumbling distances from the village bars, this place was SMACK in the middle! The Roxy Jam was this weekend and it brought a free concert that was held in the middle of The Village and guess what, since we were so close we had front row seat to Cold War Kidz and Santo Gold! ! ! FREE! I reccomend this place if you don't care about luxury, but just need a place to lay your head. It was a bit dusty, old and small, but doable. This place is definelty not for couples, the master room is the loft and can get quite loud with the people in the living room parting if you're up there. Other than that, they made the check in and check out as easy as possible. Also don't get to the hill to early, becuase they will not let you check in until 4:00 p.m....we had to kill some time at the bar, but it was all good
A memorable time

My family and I stayed at La Vista Blanc #37 and had an amazing time. The condo is clean, roomy, well stocked in the kitchen as well as entertainment. TV in every room, games, internet access. We had it all. The location was excellent too. Walking distance to the village and the shuttle stop that we took to Canyon Lodge. We had a great time there. And will definitely try and go there next year again. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the fireplace was really hard to use and ended up not using, the coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans need to be replaced too. Other than that we had a memorable time there. And it snowed pretty much the whole time we were there. It was absolutely amazing.

good, but could be better

1)The condo was extremely roomy & close to the Village. The manager was the best unexpected surprise. He was friendly and knowledgable of the area. He also had different music playing every morning outside. We appreciated having the condo key in an exterior lock box for easy access 2)The Kitchen was stocked well for (3) guys, but not so well for families. There were leaky bath faucets (valves?), a fire alarm hanging loose from the ceiling and light bulbs burnt out. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Normally the previous renter runs the dishwasher on the way out (as we did)& the cleaning service puts the dishes away. The living room t.v. seems to be going bad. The upper section of the screen is not displaying the picture correctly. 3) We do not mind paying the rental rates, but we do believe a little more attention should be given to the condo. Thank you.
Dirty, DIRTY DIRTY!

When we got their no parking passes, the heater down stairs didnt work it was very dirty one of the burners on the stove didnt work, light bulbs were burnt out . When we wanted to cook pans were dirty w/ food on them.their was food left. the shower up stairs didnt drain good. the manager couldnt unlock the spa door for us. when the man came to fix the heater the next day, he was their for about 4 hours.Which was pretty much our day.The manager was VERY rude .I called to let the owners know what was going on but didnt seam to care, as it was my fault. MOTEL 6 is MUCH better and cleaner.

The owners were a pleasure to do business with, the condo was everything we expected. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was very clean, and the complex well maintained. The location is very convenient to Canyon Lodge, bus stops are at both ends of Horseshoe! I will definitely book again!
