Beautifully decorated with attention to detail and diversity of materials such as hardwoods, slate, travertine and granite, this luxury, elevator and stair accessed condo has downtown convenience and stunning views of Payette Lake, Brundage ski resort and local life from every window and room!

Walk right out your door into the heart of all the action. Located steps away from McCall’s best public beach, fine dining, coffee shops, parks, the McCall Marina and the Manchester Ice & Event Centre you are within walking distance of everything you’ll need during your stay.

An open floor plan with plenty of natural light and balcony access off of the master bedroom and living area. Cook up something special on the gas grill and gather in the dining and living areas with a bottle of your favorite wine. Relax and enjoy. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with the serious cook in mind including stainless steel appliances and plenty of elbow room.

Electronics, games and books galore to keep the kids (young or old) occupied on a rainy or snowy day. Satellite, wireless DSL/WiFi, Blue Ray, Wii, iPod doc, CD player, videos/movies and a big screen TV in every room

The 4 bedroom, two bath home sleeps 12-14 people. Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have queen sized beds; one with a twin trundle. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and queen sized sofa sleeper with an elegantly appointed attached bath with jetted tub. Located in the Master Bedroom is a separate bunk room (with door) that has a twin over full size bunk set and twin size trundle. A full size roll away bed is also available.

There is plenty of parking in front of the building, plus a designated parking spot. For additional parking and trailers there is ample free public parking across the street. Unwind at one of McCall’s local spas or rent bike or seasonal gear across the street at Hometown Sports. You are a ten minute bicycle ride over to Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy trail riding, hiking or beach access.

The Downtown Penthouse is a great starting point for making your McCall memories!


This home has a two night minimum stay. Some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Please refer to rates page for specific length of stay requirements.
