Paid for the unit in advance to stay at while working the Miami Boat show. Arrived at unit and called Mr Weiss, which was forwarded to Steven Schneiderman in New York city, he said he would get in touch with the property manager to meet us. He called back 15 minutes later to tell us that ' the people that were in it decided not to leave so we could not have the unit. He said give him a few minutes and he would try to get us something else, he called back and said he had nothing else and was sorry but we were out of luck. If I had been notified a day or two before I could have mad arrangements, but at 5 P.M. on the day of arrival I thought this was not good business or public relations. I found another place to stay at 2.5 times the price of this unit because of not having time to search for something else. I asked if he would be willing to help us out on the the price difference a little and he said he would not be able to do that. I did not ask for the complete difference just a little bit of help. Be careful with this rental as you may get there and not have a unit to stay in.

Hello, here is my advice We have been 2 and booking for 7 days (7 -> 17 april) in Miami Beach (Surfside). Arrived to the airport i've call the manager to inform him that we will have a little late, he was comprehensive. We have been arrived were located the apartment, manager was not here we have been supported by another person who told us that the apartment that we have book is not ready cause not clean, but he offer us to take another one at 5 blocks. Later after moving, the manager come to see us, i tell him i cannot get a good wifi signal, he proposes to lend a modem in 1 hour, no news at end of the day... we call him again, he said he sends us someone, he never come. The wifi only works with the door opened, and signal was not very good. The best : - The apartment was large and close to beach (3 mn walk). - 2 television - bed have memory foam matress - bathroom is bright The bad : - noisy and dark - roach in the apartment even with roach trap - carpet smells dog (does she was clean a time ?) - soil fat and dirty (we have bought sponge and cleaning product to clean the floor) - miss a rug in the bathroom - some lights does not work - sofa is old and broken The day before our departure i've tried to call the manager by 3 times : no answer. I've send a SMS to inform him that we will left the key on the table the following day. Conclusion, there is very little to do, simple and cheap that would improve this apartment and the vacancies to be successful.

This is a great place to stay if you just need a place to lay your head down at night. The owner was helpful and provided linens and fresh towels for our stay. The neighboorhood was nice and quiet. The condo is in North Beach, and South Beach is 15-20 minutes away by car.

Es un excelente departamento muy bien equipado, con una hermosa vista y en una razonable ubicación en Miami Beach. El departamento se encuentra bien mantenido, limpio y con las comodidades que se necesitan pra una agradable estadía. Lamentablemente el edificio no está al nivel del departamento, el servicio de valet parking es lento y el mantenimiento del edificio deja mucho de desear.

We do not recommend it. We were frustrated. It is useless to complain after the owner has the data from your credit card at his disposal and can claim whatever it wants but this note stays here to make public what happened. Between May, 28th and June,1st, we rented the property (Unit 8), warning the owner that we would be in three adults. While the announcement on internet says that up to five people can sleep in the unit, this is not true at all. There is only a double-bed and a couch there. The worst thing is that both Steve (by email) and Tom (personally) have promised us an air mattress. Even this was not done. Our adult son had to sleep on the couch for two nights (which was not sofa bed..). Apartment poorly equipped and badly maintained. Paint on the ceiling is falling because of humidity. Tiles on the kitchen foot wall are missing. Curtains smell. Besides, it was not clean when we arrived and with a very strong odor. We had to run to the supermarket to buy an odor eliminator ... It applies only to people with low demand levels.

the toilet seat is broken, bath tub is dirty, sofa and love seat are dirty, should belong in the trash, refrigerator is leaking, I have to wipe dry every morning. Overall, the place is not that great. I could use new furnitures and better costmetic clean up.

we stood in this Place for a family getaway and we found it to be economical and it served its purpose if your looking for a palace! look the other way..Thanx Tom for being so attentive, we really did enjoy our stay there and the barbeque in the patio backyard..oh! and the beach is rite there! awesome time cant complaint..

When we arrived to the vacation rental that was reserved, and the deposit was paid for weeks beforehand, we were surprised by the landlord who refused to take our checks with no prior notice that cash was required. We didn't have 1,200 in cash on hand, so we had to take 2 hours driving to find our bank that didn't exist in Miami, and ending up at post office for a money order. This was a horrible first impression. The landlord was very rude, and our stay didn't improve after this encounter. The house was dirty, and things were broken. There was a gate that was supposed to be closed, but never was. A couple times a week, bums would ring our door, even though our apartment was at the end of the hall. We also had neighbors that spied on us through our bedroom windows. Practically everyone that stayed there was an illegal immigrant and lived their full time. Our second day the power went out, and all my food in our fridge went bad. I called the landlord numerous times, and got no response. This was typical throughout our stay. Five hours after the power went out, a shirtless Mexican that didn't speak English, walked in our apartment, and started playing with the circuit breaker. He didn't even talk to us, and we thought he was a burglar at first. He weighed about 300 lbs and was very strange. It took another 2 hours before the power returned. Similar problems persisted everyday. I would not recommend this property (Serenade Miami) or any other property managed by Cary
The apartments are beautiful. It was better than we expected it to be. I can't believe you are located that close to South Beach and Miami's downtown area. We had such a great and relaxing time. The beaches were great, and everything was perfect.
