It's not a resort...it just feels like one! Gorgeous new 3 bedroom, 2 bath, luxurious $1.2 mil ground-floor condo, on the sand in primo North Mission Beach. Designer furnishings, high quality towels, linens and amenities.

Unfortunately, the enclosed patio no longer has the Roman Shade awning, thanks to a not-so-friendly neighbor, however, 2 lovely market umbrellas gives you control of the sun or shade. Since alcohol has been prohibited on the beach, you can watch the passers-by, Sea World fireworks or breathtaking sunsets from your private patio while savoring a delightful glass of wine or a cold one!

Four great beach cruiser bikes, beach cabana, 6 beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels...everything you need to enjoy biking around the neighborhood or sunning on the sand!

Solar-powered AIR CONDITIONED comfort, 4 flat screen TV's, free nation-wide phone service, hi-speed wireless internet, more TV channels than one needs, DVD player, a remote control electric fireplace, dining for 6 plus the beautiful granite bar...truly an elegant destination! Even the garage, which houses the washer/dryer, is upscale with it marbleized floor coating.

King bed in the oversized master suite, queen in the 2nd bedroom and either 2 twins or a king in bedroom 3. The king bedroom has a closet so large guests have used it as the baby's bedroom to house the Pack 'N' Play we provide at no additional cost! Portable high chair also provided.

Dual sinks in the master bath, separate shower and tub, and a private loo, as well!
Hall bath is also quite large, beautifully appointed and boasts both a tub and shower.

The kitchen has every amenity you could want, starting with the stainless refrigerator, ice & water in the door; Cuisinart coffee maker dispenses one fresh cup at a time, even an electric tea pot! Fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal.
Then there's the propane BBQ on the patio with a large grille and side burner to saute those mushrooms!

Perfect for Families

This is the second year in a row my husband and I stayed here with 2 of our daughters and their families. Included in our group are 4 grandchildren under 6 years old. One of the many bonuses are the two walkin closets where we set up blowup beds for the little ones. The kids were able to play on the sand where they could be easily supervised from the porch without the fear of a crowded beach. No need to haul the cooler out to the sand. The front gate is right across the sidewalk. This house is clean, updated kitchen & bathrooms, ground level, 2-car garage, alley parking next to house. Great location. Bikes with locks, beach chairs and toys provided. We plan to return until our families out grow it. Patti was easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. Can't wait for next year!

Girls weekend

The house was gorgeous and super comfortable. It was in a great location right on the bay and a couple of blocks from the beach. We were there for a girls weekend and had a blast. Getting in was easy with the code. I definitely recommend it!

Good for Families

Started off a little rocky with acquiring the entry code, however, once we were inside the condo it was everything as promised from the advertisement. A great location. Our family enjoyed the condo. There was everything you needed to experience a great week. We will definitely look at renting again next year.

This property was perfect for our family. The accomodations were superior and the home very comfortable. It's conveniently located to EVERYTHING! The 4 bikes provided by the owner are a perfect way to get around PB. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
