Reviews for this vacation cabin rental in Monmouth, Maine
August 12, 2014
The property was exactly as represented in the photos. It is right on the water, and there is more than enough room inside and out. The three bedrooms were adequate sized, to above adequate. It slept 7 adult males easily, with room to spare. The yard was uniquely large for a property this close to the water, and there were enough stores close that we didn't have to venture too far for food and supplies. The fire pit was great, as were the dock, and floating dock. There is a boat launch just a few hundred feet away, and the water was a refreshing but comfortable temperature. The road swing was fun, and Patti was responsive and easy to work with. It a great place for the family, and I'd recommend it to anyone that loves being on a lake. If there was a downside, it was that one neighbor was a little nosy, but he was polite and helpful.
