This townhouse is exceptional in size and design (very
"Provence" in style). A soaring Atrium glass greenhouse covers an open space off the diningroom over 3 floors. More than comfortable for 8 persons with very spacious rooms and a combined area of over 3000 sq ft plus a large equipped private roof terrace with entry from inside via the kitchen and dining room. High ceilings and full of light.
Very unique property with 3 full bathrooms.

All you could want is within blocks and the cities attractions are all so very accessable... quick and easy to get around the city.

At over 3000 sq feet this is one of the largest short term rental properties available in Montreal for sure.
3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a whirlpool bathroom off the greenhouse. We can provide a inflatible queen bed for additional 7th or 8th guest which works well for children especially. Hardwood floors and ceramic tiles throughout.
Double AC units, wireless high speed internet, two large 50inch flat screen TV's ( one in the livingroom area... plus a second one in the master bedroom -satellite TV.
There is a large roof terrace off the kitchen and diningroom area complete with table and chairs and BBQ.

A: There always seems to be adequate parking available... and 50% of the street is open for cars without permits. There is also a city underground parking lot not far away.
Q: How close is this to downtown ?
A: This is the very edge of the Plateau district right aside the downtown core... you can walk it easy or take a short cab or use the metro at the corner... easy to get anywhere in minutes.
You have tons of stores and restaurants all around the townhouse.
