Description of the Myrtle Beach vacation villa rental
PLEASE NOTE: THIS VILLA RENTED 3 WAYS. YOU CAN RENT THE ENTIRE VILLA 2 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH., OR IT CAN BE RENTED AS A 1 BEDROOM, 1.5 BATH, OR AS A MASTER SUITE ROOM.

You're going to love this villa in the upscale "Golden Mile" section of beautiful Myrtle Beach. It is a real gem - spacious, clean & lovely with a variety of on site pools and amenities. It sleeps up to 10 people.

This villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath or as 2 separate condos (a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo and a separate master suite). This is a unique setup with adjoining condos - great for groups of more than 1 family to have a little privacy while staying together. It can be like 1 big Villa or 2 completely separate condos!

Since we don't think it's very nice to rent from a private person only to find out you have to bring your own towels or sheets (or pay extra to rent them), your towels and linens are INCLUDED in our rental rates.

We've been renting from private owners for years - so, we know how we want to be treated as renters & we will treat you with the same honesty and integrity that we expect when renting from somebody else. We're dedicated to your comfort. We will make ourselves available to you, and we have also hired a local cleaning/maintenance company that is experienced, professional, licensed and insured to handle any issue you may have during your stay.

Area Info
MYRTLE BEACH REALLY DOES HAVE IT ALL!
Myrtle Beach is the home of some of the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment that you'll find anywhere; and our condo is at the center of it all. It is close to Broadway at the Beach, which is a shopaholic's dream and home to Ripley's Aquarium, an Imax theater, Dragon's Lair mini golf, carnival rides & games at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion Nostalgia Park, and great restaurants like Margaritaville and Key West Grill. At night, you can go clubbing - from the Hard Rock Cafe to Revolutions to Crocodile Rocks dueling piano bar and much more - or you can just hang out and have a Daiquiri at Fat Tuesdays.

If you're looking for adventure, you can go parasailing, take a banana boat ride or rent a jet ski from one of the many local beach rental companies. You can try your luck on one of the Casino Cruises, like Suncruise (they'll even send a shuttle for you). If you like to fish, there are several local piers where you can rent rods & buy bait or, for a big adventure, check out one of the local deep sea fishing charters. If golf is your game, the sky's the limit!

If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, we recommend The Sea Captain's House restaurant (rated best seafood restaurant in Myrtle Beach). The Sea Captain's House is a quaint, historic gem - right on the beach - you can even dine oceanfront! They also have an outstanding breakfast buffet daily - or you can order from the menu.

We've fallen in love with the Myrtle Beach area - so much that we decided to buy our vacation home there & help others with their vacation homes. We know you'll love it, too.

Loved this setup. Rented both sides and it was perfect for my family. We had a wonderful time and will probably rent again.

Thanks so much for the review and your business! We look forward to hearing from you again.

Definitely Pet Friendly

August 12, 2013

At the last minute, we decided to take a small get away vacation and wanted to bring our dog with us. I should have known that a pet friendly hotel would have some signs of having pets in the hotel at some previous time. What I didn't expect was to find Pet hair on the top of the shower (of all places), on the sheets IN the bed as well as under the bed. I didn't discover ALL the dog hair under the bed until we made a check to be sure that all our items were picked up before leaving on the last day. I also found that the patio area outside the back of the condo was dirty. LOTS of cobwebs on the furniture, a cigarette butt on the ground as well as a coffee filter (Strange?) The hotel also had a very strange odor to it. It didn't smell like dog, but it smelled musty with a hint of cleaner to attempt to cover up the odor. We did end up getting used to it before we left. However, when we returned home, I found the need to even wash clothes, that had not been worn, because they smelled like that damp musty odor. I found black mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. I also found it strange that the toilet had about an inch of caulk around the bottom of it (actually in both bathrooms) that looked like a 1st grader applied it. There is really no need to caulk a toilet except maybe minimally just to keep cleaners from getting under the toilet. Having so much caulk made me wonder if there might be something hiding underneath??? Maybe this was an attempt to repair the toilet? The dishwasher doesn't really do a very good job of cleaning. I didn't find that out until the 2nd day we were in the condo. That's scary because we had already used previously washed dishes with the assumption that they were clean. Now I'm not so sure. The hotel is also VERY dated. The furniture is cheap, which I understand given the nature of the area with all the sand and humidity and the fact that pets are allowed in the condo. The pool is very old. It has several cracks that need to be repaired. However, it is still functional and I felt as though plenty of chemicals were used and I didn't feel concerned for our well being while using it. I would suggest bringing your own towels. NOT just beach towels but bath towels as well. The towels provided are VERY small and everything in your room will stay damp for a VERY long time, even with the AC cranked and bathroom fans going.
