The house has a bedroom and study upstairs, a bedroom downstairs, an eat-in-kitchen, and a living room (with wood stove). Hardwood floors throughout. A well-behaved dog would be welcome (with an additional cleaning fee and deposit). There is room for up to 5 people--one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a full, and there's a couch in the living room and also an extra futon mattress in the upstairs study.
Netarts is a charming, quiet, and not over-built fishing village. It's on the Three Capes Scenic Route, and the biking (and driving) is spectacular. The bay is protected from the ocean by Cape Lookout and is beautiful and tranquil--great for children and dogs. The bay is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Reviews for this vacation cottage rental in Netarts, Oregon
Not Good, Not Great...
August 16, 2012
This place needs some attention, however it is the Oregon coast, and I think anywhere on the coast is a good place to be. There are soooooo many better places to stay however... Keep looking if your considering this one. The ONLY thing good about this location is that you can drive and be in much better towns, not much here, restaurant is the worst we have ever experienced. :(
great location, limited parking, small shower

Four of us enjoyed our stay at this rental. Neighborhood is quiet, and rental is cozy. Living area is a bit small, and grounds need more upkeep. The ants were a problem.

Charming spacious loft
April 28, 2010
Clean, comfortble and spacious "loft" in a great location (Loft A). Small town setting not for everyone but we enjoyed the quiet less-traveled destination. Close to Tillamook and Cape Lookout. Schooners Restaurant in Netarts worth a visit.
