Reviews for this vacation guesthouse rental in New Harbor, Maine
August 25, 2011
My wife and I spent a week here and explored the best of the Maine mid-coast. The loft apartment was over the garage, but was clean, has a great view, and was perfect for the 2 of us. Mike made sure we felt welcome and provided for all that we needed. There was plenty to do in the local area, so much that we didn't even get a chance to try out the kayaks. The fresh steamers and lobsters that were provided were a real treat. We didn't want to leave, and will look to come back again soon. Highly recommended!
Thank you for being such a great host this past week! Alex & I had such a fabulous time -- this is truly something we hope to do every year! This apartment is so cozy & well-equipped with all the comforts of home. I started reading "The Era, 1947-1957" by Roger Kahn - one of the great books you've left on your table. I wasn't able to finsih it, but now I'm heading home to the library so I can finish it.
You can bet we will recommend your hospitality to all our friends & family. Thank you for the lobster & steamers! A feast like no other. ~ Carmel & Alex, Virginia
