Our five bedroom townhouse at 1017 N. Rampart affords the visitor to the Crescent City a unique and charming lodging alternative to more traditional hotels. Located just 3 blocks from Bourbon Street this spacious townhouse offers a real New Orleans experience for groups and families that wish to stay together in a comfortable "home away from home" setting at extraordinarily competitive prices.

Daily housekeeping service, daily complimentary continental breakfasts, and swimming pool access are just a few of the many amenities we provide our guests. A member of our helpful staff is on duty nearby at all hours and you may check in 24 hours a day.

This lovely 19th century home contains 7 Extra Long Full Beds, 6 Single. The house features hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings typical of a New Orleans townhouse from the 1860s. There is a spacious Living Room, Kitchen and 2 Full Baths with Showers as well as a roomy brick front porch with chairs, and access to the tropical courtyards behind the house. Secure off street parking is available.

Perfect for Large Parties

The house was perfect for large parties (you could probably fit 20 people if you wanted to!) and LeeAnn was a pleasure to work with. She even came out at 1:30 in the morning when the first person arrived and had key trouble. Easy walk to the quarter and any festival

Went with a bachelor party of 13 guys. probably could ahve fit a few more in there it was perfect. House could have been a bit better shape (updated tv's, windows, aplliances) but overall it was great for what we needed

Had an absolute blast! The location of the house is perfect, very close to everything you would want. Did not have a problem sleeping everyone comfortably either. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!!

Great house for a big group

We stayed here for my friend's bachelor party. We had 19 guys staying at the house, and we fit well. The back courtyard was a great space to bring in someone to do a big seafood boil for us. The location is just a 10 minute walk to Bourbon St.

Great for a big group

We had a group of 18 in town for a bachelor party and the 5 BR suite worked perfectly for our needs. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful about giving us the lay of the land and the bed space and accommodations were sufficient for our large group. The house had its unique charms - it is definitely not a standard hotel room - but that was what made it so enjoyable. The pools were also a great resource in the hot NO sun!
