1 bedroom (studio) casita off a main residence in the fabulous Waterfall Planned Unit Development in the Alliante Master Plan area.

Comes with Queen bed set, queen box spring and mattress, Bed Protector, 1000 Thread Count Satin Sheets, 2 night stands, Hunter Ceiling Fan (Quiet Motor and anti dust technology) with remote control, Upgraded Porcelain, hedge bone pattern tile floors, 40" Smart LED 1080p new TV (May 2014), Direct TV Premier Package with HD DVR, high speed WIFI, Automatic Coffee Maker (new in June 2014), Oster Convection Toaster Oven, small desk, ensuite bath with shower tub combo, walk in closet, sliding patio door with separate entrance from the house with its own separate key, Dresser (new in May 2014) and New Haier 10.28 cu ft Top-Freezer Refrigerator (Black) (new in May 2014).

Community comes with gated entrance, community gym and community swimming pool and hot tub.

Casita has its own private separate entrance locking patio door off of the courtyard. Courtyard includes outdoor seating, gate, waterfall and rebounder (for exercise). Owner uses separate entrance through the garage. Parking is on the driveway.
Utilities include separately controlled air conditioning and heat, electricity, gas, water, WIFI and TV all included.

Located in the Waterfall Subdivision of the Aliante area in North Las Vegas it is convenient to Hwy 215, Hwy 15 and Hwy 95. It is close to Costco, Target, Walmart and the Aliante Casino. Quiet and secluded area.

Comes with Mr. Coffee automatic coffee maker and Kettle for boiling water and soup and Convection Toaster Oven.

Casita does not include washer or dryer. However, fresh sheets and towels supplied once per week.

PET POLICY:
CATS or DOGS: NO (As this is my vacation home and I am severely allergic to cats, we cannot allow cats of any kind in our room.)

IMPORTANT NON-SMOKING POLICY!!! This property is a NON-Smoking Property: Should I or my cleaning crew find evidence of smoking in the room or on the facility, including the balcony, we will charge a $300.00 deep cleaning fee to your credit card on file. By accepting the booking, you accept our non-smoking policy.

Great little getaway

This was perfect for a place to park our stuff and sleep while we were in Las Vegas visiting friends. It's pretty close to shopping centers, and the views of the mountains are spectacular as you come out of the neighborhood.

This place is amazing. Unbelievably comfertabl and private. I had a great stay. It couldn't have been better. This quant little casita is a total paradise away from home. It is located in a super safe part of the city. I was pleased to have my belongings in such a protected spot. The owners are very nice people. They even did my laundry for me while I was at work. I would highly suggest checking this beautyful place out.

Perfect place to spend a month or two in Las Vegas! Beautiful environment to recharge after spending the day working or sightseeing. The owners made sure I had everything I needed including designer toiletries. Just bring a toothbrush!!!!

This condo was 'comfy' cozy. Very 'homey' feeling. We njoyed staying here! Tho the gym was a nice option, running around the complex perimeter was so gr8. The area was quiet & felt safe, even at night...the whole area was well lit. After doing whatever activities was planned it was nice to return home to a place that was relaxing & be refreshed. Thank you Michael & Verina for adding to such an enjoyable stay by your positive, willing, & friendly demeanor. Thank you so much for the show tickets! We couldn't resist taking you up on your offer. :)

Gem in the Desert!!


My wife & I spent a month exploring Las Vegas & Henderson while enjoying the comfort of this wonderful condo. Condo is newly renovated & updated throughout with a very comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet gated community with 2 pools with hot tubs. Grocery shopping is only 1 block away on Tropicana with a Smith's and Albertson store. Also only 4 miles from the strip. We enjoyed the outdoor opportunities available including Red Rock Canyon Nat'l Conservation area only 30 mins away. Also loved Boulder City & Lake Mead with tours of Hoover Dam. The owner, Michael, made sure that we enjoyed our stay & was responsive to all of our questions and requests. We have rented vacation rental properties all over the world & he was our best landlord!
