A classic oceanfront Shingled Home - Direct Beach/Waterfront. Serenety with 180 degree panoramic views of Long Island Sound. 5 Bedrooms including one on first floor. 2.5 BA plus outside shower. Located inside a private compound on a sandy shore just steps from the front patio . Plenty of parking. Boating, tennis, swimming, rec program for kids, a mile of beach to hike and more. Desired rental 1 week. This is a private home with many upgrades, not a "Party House". It must be treated with respect and care. It is limited to ten persons at any time.

This is a laid back family summer community where a bathing suit is normal attire. EZ strol to the neighborhood Garvins Beach Store where you can pick up a newspaper, beach supplies, last minute items you forgot at the supermarket 5 miles away. Tennis courts, ball field, restaurants and shops a short mile or two away. Bring you kayak or sunfish. Explore the estuaries of the lower Connecticut River. Fish on the reef 1/4 mile off shore, Swim in your own front yard. It's all here to enjoy. Movies, deep sea charter boats and marinas 6 miles away. Historic, art, and all pubilic services available in easy reach.
