Great time in Pagosa Springs

We rented both units to house our family reunion. Very comfortable accommodations, and the location was excellent -- handy to all the amenities of the area. The owner and the property manager are friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Our family get-together for the ten days was a wonderful experience that was enhanced by property. Highly recommended!!
Downstairs unit would have been except for upstair

Everything was perfect except hearing upstairs footsteps etc. The location was great. The gas fireplace was pretty & heated the entire unit. The bedrooms were spacious, and the 2 bathrooms a must. They provided everything, even laundry detergent. The family upstairs went to bed as early as we did or the noise might have been a real problem. We only watched 1 show on the small, old TV. We're not TV viewers.
