A large master bedroom with a King size bed, brand new mattress and all new furnishings, along with a private 4 piece ensuite bathroom - spa like environment for the perfect holiday. The second bedroom has two twin beds, private 3 piece bath and large closet. The unit is located directly on the ocean. For those of you that like poolside, theres a large private pool at your disposal surrounded by lush gardens. A little piece of heaven just for you! The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including granite countertops, all new appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and anything else you can think of. The kitchen is also fully stocked with beautiful glasses, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery - perfect for entertaining!!
Note: a three month minimum stay is required.

Deposits: Deposits must meet landlord requirements, 3600.00 upon signing of rental agreement, 3600.00 one month prior to rental. A refundable security deposit of 500.00 is also required upon signing of rental agreement. A 250.00 cleaning fee is required upon signing of agreement. Upon signing of rental agreement, renter will assume full payment for the full period of the rental agreement period. Non-refundable. For longer term rentals, contact owner.

Other Fees: As per above. Landlord is not responsible or liable for any injuries incurred during the rental agreement. All condo rules and by- laws must be adhered to. A security screening will be conducted by the condo corporation and a electronic face time interview will be required. All terms are subject to Board approval. This can be done upon signing the rental agreement. The landlord will arrange with the Renter, it is a simple exercise, there is a 100.00 security screening fee.
