Our 2 master bedroom, 2 and a half bath villa is located next door to the exclusive "Parker Palm Springs". There are 8 pools and hot tubs in a lush quiet setting. Our condo has all the comforts of home including a breakfast eating area, a queen size pull-out bed in the sofa, and a gas barbecue on the patio. The large yard behind us is perfect for families with children. New carpet was installed in May '06.

Uncomplicated and Complete

This lovely townhome is nicely located to all attractions in the Coachella Valley. The property is well-kept and the driveway around the complex provides for a handy daily walking path. The townhome is roomy, complete with two bedrooms with adjoining full bathrooms. Very comfortable for guests. The kitchen is well equipped and you really only need to bring items that are your own culinary specialties. The local grocery store is handy and carries a good standard selection, but not far away is Whole Foods for those delicious treats you may be craving. Restaurants and shopping is superb. There is a pool two doors away which was usually quiet and a nice place to relax. Also handy, was the garage so your vehicle was not parked on the driveway. While I was there, the landlord agreed to purchase a "hot spot" device in order to get your internet connection. You only need to go to Best Buy or Future Shop to pick up the necessary minutes and you will have internet connection wherever you go. Very convenient. And the landlord is most approachable and very helpful if needed. The process of receiving your keys and card for entry to the property worked without incident and all instructions were easy to follow when you entered the property. All in all, a wonderful holiday in a place that is easy to call home on a temporary basis. This could easily become an annual adventure. Thank you John, for making this an uncomplicated and fully-equipped vacation.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property in Palm Springs. The town home had a lovely view to a private park. It's dog-friendly, so we could bring our 4-legged family members with us for strolls in the green. And it's very close to downtown Palm Springs, so a run into town for dinner and shopping was easy. The town home had two master bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and a nice family room overlooking the park. We'll rent it again for sure.

Couldn't believe how lucky we were to find such a wonderful place to rent! Place is well designed, spacious, well equipped, & very clean. Although we did not use the back yard very much, the back patio with the large gas barbeque was perfect. Felt at home the moment we walked in. The grounds are beautiful & lush, exactly as described. As for the landlord (Kim), couldn't have asked for a more accommodating person. She did not make us feel like her tenants but rather her friends and guests. We still keep in touch with her and exchange pictures of our familiies. She is truly a special person, going out of her way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely consider renting her unit again and highly recommend this unit to everyone who asks me.

Best place we've ever rented

Lovely, completely equipped and very, very clean. Great back yard, (great for young kids and grandkids). You can relax there. Unquestionably the nicest place we have rented in all the years we have been travelling to PS in the winter. Highlight has to be the owners. It would be so nice if all landlords you encounter in your travels would try to be half as accommodating, considerate and downright friendly. They treated us like family. Would go back there in a minute.

While having our house built here in Palm Springs, we rented the condo for almost two months. Truly it was like staying at a friends house. Warm and nicely decorated, beutiful grounds with great amenities. Quiet and peaceful.
