Nice room, but the elevators are a joke

July 8, 2014

We arrived on 6/28 at 4:10 for our 4 pm check in. The room was finally ready at. 6:30. There are only 7 elevators for 30 floors. We waited an hour for an elevator before giving up and carrying our luggage up to the sixth floor. Min was not an isolated experience , everyone I spoke with was disgusted with the elevators. One gentleman carried his luggage to the 28th floor. The room was really nice and the staff was friendly & helpful. The following Saturday was like déjà vu. It's a nice condo if you like stairs.
