Abigail L. (New York, USA) "What a gem!"
This apartment was a real treat. My boyfriend and I chose this apartment because of it's fantastic and central location for our first visit to Paris. The area is very charming. While we ventured out to visit the sights (very easy with the metro just a hop skip and a jump away) we were always so happy to come back to our neighborhood and just get lost walking the streets and ducking into the cafes and bistros. The studio itself was perfect. Just the right size for a couple with everything you need including a washer and dryer! Was cozy with a lot of charm so it felt like home. The apartment was clean and had nice finishes and amenities. Michelle was amazing to work with. She was very helpful in planning our first trip to Paris, with many recommendations, easy travel directions and clear communication. We ended up arriving 2 hours later than expected due to a flight delay. She still met us outside the apartment and was very nice about it. We've already decided we will be coming back to Paris soon as our stay was way too short. And we hopefully will be staying in 'our' Parisian apartment again!
Sam M. (Oxford, United Kingdom) "Excellent Apartment and Great Location"
This apartment is small but perfect. Everything that you need is there. The apartment is immaculate and the welcome pack is a nice touch. Michelle the host is there to welcome you and answer all your questions. She is a mind of information which really helped us make the most of our stay. The location couldn't be any better, you are so central.
Sue & Alan P. (Sydney, Australia) "Excellent, Brilliant a perfect location with a wonderful hostess, well done Michelle
Wonderful wonderful wonderful owner Michelle who graciously goes out of her way to accomodate to make sure everything is of easy access. From the very first of Michelle meeting us at the location arranged to giving us a verbal guide as to where easy access was to places till we stepped out to discover our own, to going through the apartment to enlighten us on the use of equipment, we were also greeted upon entrance to the apartment from our lovely gracious hostess a bottle of wine pastries and fruit, I only have praise and appreciation for Michelle and her apartment to forward on to anyone who reads this review,The apartment was impeccabliy clean, had every thing one required plus more, more than you would expect in a rental property, actually it was just like being in your own home Brilliant brilliant brilliant location in the heart of everything it is steps away from a metro station or bus stop that will take you anywhere you want to go,we loved the bus transport so easy to use, see more. There is not one cafe within 2 min walking distance we gave up counting them after 8, supermarket 1 block away, the wonderful patisserie that Michelle introduced me to Gerrad Mulot just around the corner a must do !! . Notre Dame, Lourve and Luxembourg Gardens all with in walking distance, plus more beautiful architectural buildings on the walk there. Would highly recommend Michelle's apartment, so much so, we will be going back Again Michelle, thank you so very very much Always Kind Regards Sue and Alan
Marc K (Maine, USA) "Perfect Odéon studio"
If you are visiting Paris as a tourist, this studio can meet your needs. The location in A-6 is prime. Two minute walk from the Odeon Metro stop, and 10 minute stroll from Jardin du Luxembourg.Plenty of great cafes and brasseries are right beyond your doorstep. The owner, Michelle, is very interested in making your stay a satisfying one. If you need her or have a question, simply call and she'll respond. Although the studio is small, it has everything required to live and function comfortably. The washer/dryer helps with packing less, and the international free telephone calling makes staying in touch with family or business easy.It should be noted that Paris is alive and urban. You will hear typical city noise here....especially on weekends. This studio is clean and efficient. We used it for a sleeping, showering, and short rest stops. Other than that, we were always on the go, enjoying life as a Parisian, and so will you.
Andrew R. (California, USA) "Can't wait to stay here again."
What a great place! The location could not be better. The restaurants, patisseries, bars and markets in the area are some of the best in Paris. There is a Metro stop just around the corner and plenty of sightseeing spots (Notre Dame, Cluny Museum, etc.) within a few minutes' walk. Michelle was so warm and friendly, meeting us on the corner right on time and making us feel instantly at home. The apartment is small but perfectly cozy and well-appointed with many designer flourishes. There's great natural light from a huge window opening onto a picturesque Parisian street. Can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Michelle!
Anna L. (Tennessee, USA) "Perfect Place to Stay in Paris!"
This studio apartment is wonderful. It is steps away from a metro station that will take you anywhere you want to go. However, we loved the area close by...the area with the quaintest cafes in Paris, in my opinion. The studio is 1/2 mi from Notre Dame, one mile to the Louvre, and 2 mi to the Eiffel Tower. The studio is well equipped with everything from a hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer...our favorite feature was the unlimited ability to call home to the USa from the studio phone free of charge! The owner (Michelle) is very helpful in planning your trip. We emailed many times about questions I had regarding tours, airport transfers, train/metro routes...she would even call me when my questions got to "wordy" for email! She speaks English, by the way! We loved our stay at this studio and hope you will too!
from Rick B. (California, USA) "Location doesn't get much better"
Michelle was great and the apartment was even better. Location doesn't get much better. We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 8 and 10) and we were all comfortable. I loved the river rock in the floor of the shower...such a nice touch
from Tom G. (Ontario, Canada) "Thoughtfully designed and outfitted"
A perfect perch in an extraordinary neighbourhood. Thoughtfully designed and outfitted, it is a place where everything actually works. Exceptional hosts always available to help. Tom
from Sabrina M. (Arizona, USA) "Fabulous!"
My husband and I were recently on our honeymoon and traveled throughout Europe for one month. Six of those days were spent in Paris in this little apartment. The apartment is quite small compared to American apartments, but the customer service, location and amenities were above and beyond any of the other apartments we stay in throughout our travels. Having free wifi, free local and international calls, a washer/dryer, k-cup coffee maker was so great! We loved that she left us a bottle of wine and it was perfect for the home cooked meal we made and dined in one night. The location of the apartment is perfect, perfect, perfect! We were so close to anything and everything we wanted to do and see. Staying here really gave us the "living like a Parisian" feel. Michelle has even taken the time to create a binder in the apartment full of local market, cafe, and restaurants suggestions with maps. Michelle was amazing and extremely quick to respond to our inquires and any questions that we had. She went so far as to call the local train company as we got an email that our train was to be under construction and she took it upon herself to call to confirm for us that all would be operating fine by the time we arrived. I just can't rave enough about the customer service that Michelle delivers, she really makes you feel welcome and comfortable to call her with any question or need (and trust me, we did). We would recommend staying at this apartment if you want good customer service, great amenities and great location. Thank you Michelle - we hope to return one day soon!

From Yvonne O.- (NSW, Australia) "Would have no hesitation to recommend the apartment to friends..."
This apartment was perfect for exploring the wonders of Paris. Very compact with all the mod cons for a comfortable stay. Would have no hesitation to recommend the apartment to friends or if fortunate enough to return to Paris to stay if avaliable Michelle the owner meet us on arrival with a very warm welcome together with lots of very useful background information
from Lilja A. (New York, USA) " Our stay in Paris was absolutely wonderful"
Our stay in Paris was absolutely wonderful, in large part due to Michelle being an excellent host and the quality of the apartment. Not only is the apartment in an absolutely wonderful area, but the apartment itself, although small, contained every amenity we could have ever needed: nespresso coffee machine for early mornings, a washer/dryer, refridgerator to keep the goodies we bought at the local markets, and a comfortable bed to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay while you explore this beautiful city, you can't go wrong by staying at Michelle's apartment. It is the perfect location to walk to all the major sites, grab the metro, go out to dinner and drinks, you name it. Thank you Michelle!
from Rodolphe B. (London, England) " Why would you want to stay anywhere else?"
What a splendid experience! Michelle (and her husband) were super helpful and accommodating during my stay in their flat for almost 3 weeks. As their first guest, she was solicited feedback and quickly fixed some minor issues about the place. The apartment has a spectacular location just steps away from 2 subway lines in the heart of the 6th arrondisement. Why would you want to stay anywhere else? There are hundreds of stellar restaurants in the neighborhood, chic shopping is just 5 mins away, and within 30 to 40 minutes you can walk to just about any site you'd want to see in Paris. The apartment is cozy and well-appointed with a very comfortable sleep loft, a great shower and everything you'd want in a kitchen. But I do hope you aren't in Paris to cook! - regardless there's a good supermarket 3 mins away. Thanks to the window in the bathroom, there's a cross-flow. It was never hot or unbearable during my stay. I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Paris.
From Kate P. (Sydney, Australia) "...the apartment was a cool oasis away from the heat and noise of the street".
MIchelle's apartment was in a great location and she was there to meet us when we arrived. Although small the apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home! Michelle even included some welcoming fruit and juice in the fridge. The location could not be better in the lively St Germain district, walking distance to many sights and very easy access to the metro for the more far away sights. We were in Paris during a heatwave but the apartment was a cool oasis away from the heat and noise of the street. The restaurant underneath the apartment, Le Comptoir is also highly recommended. Michelle was a great host and we would definitely stay there again next time we are in Paris. My only caution would be that the sofa bed is a bit small for 2 people - we had friends join us for the weekend and they found it a little squishy! But the main bed upstairs in the loft is very comfortable.
Response from Michelle: Bonjour Kate, Thanks so much for your review, and we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay at our studio. We have realized that the sofa bed is not optimum and we are replacing it with a new one that has a bigger and better (Simmons) mattress. It has been ordered and will be here in a few weeks. I will send you a picture! Many thanks again to you both for being such wonderful guests, and I look forward to having you back soon. Best, Michelle
from Kevin S. (Tennessee, USA) "....we loved the place for its amenities, cleanliness and location."
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #3 Monsieur Le Prince. The location was fantastic; close to the Metro, walking distance to most sites of interest, and many eateries nearby. Although the loft was cozy for four of us, we loved the place for its amenities, cleanliness and location. We had everything we needed and Michelle provided first rate service. She tracked our lost luggage and insured that it was in the apartment upon our arrival. The value was terrific and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit.
From Sunkrish B. (Los Angeles, USA) "A charming apartment with EVERY AMENITY IMAGINABLE in the center of Paris!"
Michelle is what you would call a perfect host. A friend and I came from California and stayed at her place for five days. Michelle's hospitality began before we even arrived. She communicated back and forth with us in the weeks prior to our arrival and answered any questions we had about visiting Paris for the first time. She made sure she had our flight itineraries to ensure everything went smoothly with our travel. When we got to the apartment, Michelle was there herself to greet us and show us around the studio. Everything in the apartment is taken care of very well and looks just like the photos. Though the apartment is small, it has everything one would need to feel comfortable. The two of us never felt cramped. Michelle provided us with linens, towels, fresh fruit, juice, a bottle of wine, and even an espresso maker... (which was invaluable after late nights out and early tours in the morning). The apartment couldn't be more centrally located. A short 5-minute walk to the river Seine, we walked to all the major sights in Paris. Directly underneath the apartment is several lively cafes and the apartment is right next to the Metro station and right off Boulevard St Germain. Another 5 minutes away is a lively bar scene. On our last night, we had our favorite meal in Paris DIRECTLY under the apartment at Le Comptoir... which I highly recommend. OH. I almost forgot! Michelle provides a phone in the apartment that allows for FREE calling back and forth to the US. This was totally unexpected and a welcome surprise. SO useful. About halfway through our trip, Michelle called and checked up on us to see if there was anything else we needed from her. There wasn't. She thought of everything!
From Cindy T. (Texas, USA) "I will never stay anywhere else when in Paris."
We had the pleasure of staying at this recently remodeled contemporary apartment for 5 days. Michelle, the owner was helpful, gracious and at our beakon call for any questions or information. She has provided a book that walks you through anything needed from a grocery store, taxi, shopping, instructions for TV. etc. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Loevre, etc. The Latin Quarter has everything day or night that you would want in a friendly neighborhood with cafe's, bar's, a pharmacy, a grocery, etc. We had unlimited international/domestic phone access, great wireless connections, kitchen necessities, washer/ dryer, and very comfortable surroundings. The stairs are a little narrow and steep but we went down once a day and up once a day so it was a non-event. I will never stay anywhere else when in Paris. There is not aC but the fans were more than enough and we seldom used them. Thank you, Michelle
From Hoa H. (Alberta, Canada) "The place was fully stocked and she had lots of useful information about Paris and the area. "
Michelle was an excellent host. The place was fully stocked and she had lots of useful information about Paris and the area. The apartment is in a great location. Everything we needed was just a few blocks away. She was really communicative and accommodating to our schedule. We had a wonderful time staying here.
From Dawn R. (Ohio, USA) ".......appreciated all of her extra special touches to make our visit so successful."
My niece and I ended our European vacation in Paris and stayed at Michelle's apartment in the Latin District. As far as a hostess goes, you could not ask for a kinder or more accommodating person than Michelle. She met us at the Starbucks (right around the corner) and showed us to our home for three nights. Waiting for us was a French bottle of wine, orange juice in the fridge, and fruit to snack on. She had tourist brochures and maps ready for us to browse through and left her cell and home number should we have any questions or concerns (with a woman traveling together with her teenage niece to a new country, it was nice to have a personal connection in Paris). A big plus with this listing was that Michelle had a phone line available in which we could make unlimited calls to our family and friends back in the United States for FREE. WiFi was available and the connection was speedy. (It felt so great to be "connected" to the rest of the world again!) The location of the apartment in the Latin District was outstanding. Right across the street was a bagel shop (which made my niece happy) and right around the corner was a crepe stand (which made me happy)...along with a Starbucks, pharmacy, and of course, nightlife right down the street. The accommodation itself was very neat and clean and although very small, quite functional. There was a dishwasher as well as a washing machine (brush up on your French for use with the controls! haha). The downside for me was that the bed was up a few stairs in a small loft area, but the climb was worth it because the bed was quite comfortable. There were also two narrow flights of stairs to get to the apartment, but even with our luggage and backpacks (and Michelle's help), there was no problem. The bathroom was neat and clean and spacious and Michelle even had some toiletries and necessities available for use. To sum it up, my niece and I had a great time in Paris and enjoyed our little apartment in the Latin District greatly...but most of all, we enjoyed meeting Michelle and visiting with her and appreciated all of her extra special touches to make our visit so successful.
From Ismail M. (Wahsington D.C. ) "Will highly recommend to others."
We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children). Michelle was extremely helpful and patient in answering all the questions before booking her studio. The help continued after booking as well. We had a unique problem because we were visiting Paris on our way to India and we had 4 large suitcases. Instead of storing it in the 'left luggage', Michelle offered us her basement(Cove) to store the luggage. This helped us save bunch of money. The studio is small for US standards but it had everything advertised and in great condition. The location was great. Imagine taking a small walk to buy baguette and crossants from one of the best bakeries in Paris. Odeon metro was so convenient. Michelle was very helpful and accommodating. When we had difficulty finding the place, she drove down to meet with us. When we were heading to the airport, Michelle's husband Chin was nice enough to arrange for a big taxi to handle our luggage. Overall, we were very happy we rented Michelle's studio and will highly recommend to others.
