A Priceless Moment

I stayed in this unit from March-18th and checked out on March 23rd:PROSOwners: Pleasant, personable, kindhearted, prompt responders, easy business dealers. Facilities and Amenities: Set up as described. Met 80% of my expectations as a guest. Clean environment. Quiet unit. Guest Privacy observed. Cleaning ANGELS: SUPERB! Honest, kind hearted, flexible, accommodating and friendly.SPECIAL NOTES: Every individual be he/she is a guest or a landlord always set up boundaries in a professional level. That is expected and must be respected. However, a pleasing personality, a warm greeting and a friendly smile can "break the ice!!!" That is the simplest and the sincerest way I can describe the owners and their cleaning ladies. As guests, we all have expectations for what we paid for. It is up to us on how we are going to address those to the owner. It is also up to the owner on how he/she can meet those expectations. YES, the unit owners and their cleaners tried their very best in meeting my expectations, to say the least.Though one thing special really touched my heart. That is.... the friendly accommodation, smile, humility, gentleness and genuineness of the owners' cleaning angels...lol!!! To me, those are the qualities that most unit owners MUST not be afraid of showing to their tenants. WHY??? because those are rare qualities that we, guests, cannot buy from the store. IT IS A PRICELESS BONUS....such a gift!Cons: too minor too mention. A big MAHALO(THANK YOU), from the bottom of my heart.
