Description of the Ponce Inlet vacation home rental
Located near the south end of the barrier island that makes up Daytona Beach, this tasteful Ponce Inlet home is located on a serenely quiet street, yet allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and Daytona Beach.

The house is well appointed, tastefully decorated, and has three bedrooms, and two full baths. The Master bedroom has its own private bath, while the other bath is just off of Bedroom #2 and #3, and also accessible from the pool deck. Comfortable Family room lies adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen.

Most rooms open onto the private pool. Beds include one king-size (Master Bedroom), one queen, and two twin beds. This home works great for a family or couple with visiting guests. The maximum adult occupancy is six persons. Maximum total occupancy is eight.

Area Information
Six miles of wide white sand beach (surveyed by beautiful Ponce de Leon Light House), and some of the best surf in the area lie less than a two minute walk out the front door - great for surfing, cycling, kayaking, jogging, walking, or just hanging out. Beach access is via a well maintained semi-private walkway. Access to Deep Sea Fishing and Flats Fishing is one mile south of the house, and also one half mile to the east.

Brilliant location - beautiful beach nearby and suitable to be able to drive to plenty of attractions which are not too far away would recommend highly. The house is lovely with its own pool which is an added bonus and of course air conditioning and all modern conveniences.

We had a family of 8 staying at the house and it was quite comfortable. We know Ponce well and the location is prime. A nit of deferred maintenance needs to be taken care of but otherwise it was a great place to stay. Owners we very easy to deal with. Will be back again.

Best Vacation EVER

Wow! We stayed in June. The house was spectacular with all the amenities. Well maintained pool, bicycles to ride around the island and on the beach, full kitchen and outdoor grill (for all the fish we caught). The decor is done with impeccable taste (not your usual florida wicker and floral). Just close enough to enjoy a Disney theme park if we wanted but I couldn't get my guests away from the beautiful, caribbean blue waters at the beach. Surfing, fishing and wonderful restaurants all in your backyard. My mother, pushing 80 years young, was able to enjoy the beach with her grandchildren. Thanks to the drive on beach, it was a breeze to drive out and set up for the day with little effort. We encountered a rainy day where we all lounged in the living room and watched movies and played cards. We are looking forward to this years stay and many more after. This place is all about relaxation, peacefulness and tranquility. I was able to disconnect and relax.
