Description of the Puerto Vallarta vacation villa rental
This 9 bedroom Puerto Vallarta Villa has spectacular views of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta from everywhere among the 6,000 square feet of this ideal vacation villa. As long as you book a minimum of 4 rooms, the villa is all yours and the rooms not booked remain vacant and the villa is private for your group.

2 meal services per day of your choice are included in the price. You simply choose what you would like and pay the cook for groceries before she goes shopping.

Each of our rooms air conditioning and fabulous views of the bay by day and the city lights at night. The swimming pool and wet bar area provides generous space for savoring a cool drink while lounging and sunning.

The Villa has a spacious pool, great views, houseman, daily maid service and cook upon request. The open-air, common spaces include a large living room, comfortable dining room and breakfast room with several terraces and patios for your complete enjoyment. The patio overlooks a garden courtyard with tropical flowers.

There are bedrooms on every level: garden level, main level, and top floor, giving your guests complete privacy. There are two private entrances, one leading to our villa next door. If you wish to combine both villas, you have the option of having a total of 20 bedrooms.

Our quiet, cul-de-sac location insures peaceful tranquility for your vacation, yet we are just a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping, and cantinas. Most of Puerto Vallarta's world class restaurants are located just 3 blocks from our door. Beautiful Los Muertos beach and the "Romantic Zone" are just a few blocks a way. Whether you only reserve the Villa, or when you combine groups and choose to dine at our sister villa next door, you will be pampered and cared for with courtesy, professionalism, and great cooking!

This beautiful and serene Mexico villa is perfect for reunions, small weddings, or any special event. Although our space is limited and early booking is suggested for the best selection of time and room, adjoining villas can be added which can provide space for groups up to 50.

We welcome you to enjoy the lush surroundings, the fabulous views, and the vacation living with your friends and family!

Avoid this place like the plague!

What a total an epic disaster this villa is. Not at ALL as advertised. A "short & simple" walk to the beach? Yeah, first UP a huge & very steep hill , then down a very steep and very curvy yet busy street and then to what? Not a beach I would want to go to. The rooms? Dirty, dingy, gross. No locks on doors and random folks from other NON-RENTAL properties just cruising through whenever. The bathrooms were so disgusting. There might be a single low-wattage bulb in the bathroom. Same for the bedrooms. The pool has a big gaping hole outside of it with electrical cords hanging out. It also had a huge hole on the floor of the pool where nasty crap gathered. Oh yeah, there were cigarettes left in places, so I suppose the randoms could come by for a smoke. The kitchen was abysmal. There were drawers missing from the walls, and left with gaping holes. When you arrive, it's at the bottom of the house and you must climb up several sets of scary steps to get to the main floor, then many others going off in various directions to the various rooms. Not bad, in theory, but when you have six little kids, all under the age of 5, this is not okay. We had asked if the place was appropriate for children of that age and were assured that it was. Most of the decorations and flora/fauna seen in the photos on the many websites offering this place for rent were not to be seen. Everything left was chipped, dirty or outright dead and broken. Let's see...what else? It SUCKS!!!!!!!!
