Myself, my son, daughter, daughter in law and twin 7 year old grandsons stayed in this lovely home. My grandsons enjoyed the hot tub, games and movies. My son and daughter enjoyed the bikes! So many extras at this home. The property manager DeAnn Wilson was quick to respond to my questions. We will stay in the home again on our next visit :)

This cute little house is in a great location. For the most part, it served us well and we really appreciated the non-fragrance of the towels and linens. Just a few disappointments, starting with the condition of the carpet which is very stained, worn, and spotted. May as well have wood floors throughout. Also, just about every pillow is worn, lumpy with an extremely cheap feel. Good thing we are both not big TV watchers or I'd scream because we got virtually no TV. My husband is a technical person and spent and hour with the remote which totally does not work. period. If you got the guide up it was pure random and then it did not scroll down or select (and NO there aren't manual buttons). Also, TV #2, who would watch an 8" screen from across the bedroom? Although, the iPod dock and WIFI worked great so Pandora prevailed. Another joke was the bikes. 1 week in the sun did not dry the rain saturated seats, but we rode them anyway through the hills with no gears and wet pants. The biggest bonus was the citrus trees!! Awesome.

River Rock Cottage was more and better than we expected. Newly done, every detail thought of and of high quality, something I would choose for my own home. Very comfortable beds, sofas, showers and bath. Loved the outdoor shower. Loved the wrap around patio with great seating and garden swing. Kitchen details were perfect and done with charm. Very accommodating cottage to stay in. I will rent this same place again and soon!

I would definitely recommend for anybody coming up to Santa Barbara to stay at this home. Great home with rooftop seating with a view of the ocean and a hot tub to relax in all throughout the day. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very modern. Next time I make my way up north, I'll be calling to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa San Miguel. We took advantage of the rooftop seating and the hot tub. What a great weekend! Everyone agreed renting this property was much better then staying in a Hotel. The home itself is very warm and comfortable. We couldnt of asked for anything more. THANK YOU. We will definitely be back !

Casa San Miguel exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. The appointments are top notch & comfortable, the layout is perfect and offers good separation between rooms and the location is stellar. We walked everywhere! We will without a doubt stay at Casa San Miguel if we ever are in the SB area. What a nice alternative to a hotel! Thanks.
