The condo was great! The location to the beach was wonderful with a beach access directly across the street. We loved being on the lake. Use of the golf cart was a blessing and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. in the garage! The basement bedroom was perfect for our teenagers to be able to come in late and not disturb the whole house!!!! We had a great time and would recommend it for those who don't want to spend the extra money that it costs to stay directly on the beach but still feel the ease of getting back and forth to the beach!

My family stayed in this beautiful house and we loved it. The beds are very comfortable and the house has all of the conveniences! It is decorated tastefully and it is close to the beach and some shops. (about 2-3 blocks). Thanks Kerry and Jim!

In either the rental agreement or description, it stated sleeps 14-NOT, heated pool-NOT, gas grill-NOT, trundle beds (2) NOT, bunk beds (2) NOT. when asked if there was ocean view, owner stated several--only out of 3rd floor back window. Maintenance was called 3 times. One set of keys with no access to the master lock was given to us, how were we suppose to get in we had 3 cars coming and going at different times. When we returned home, I emailed the owner with our concerns about the townhouse. He said he would check into it, so he now has blocked my emails!!! How rude. He was very quick to answer them concerning my payment.

Close to Pool

The house was right across the street from the pool, and only a short walk to the beach, or you could call for tram service to drop you off at the beach. We called the tram the first night just because we were tired from a long day of driving. After that we walked back and forth. The neighborhood is very cute- quiet streets, very family oriented, kids outside playing and riding their bikes. Overall the house itself was very nice. The kids favorite room was the upstairs bunk room with it's screened-in porch and balcony. We spent most evenings sitting on the front porch chatting with other families. The pool is fantastic-- right across the street and extremely large. Plenty of room for everyone. There were only a couple times when we couldn't find a pool chair, most of the time there were ones open or if you waited a few minutes someone would be leaving. The waves at the beach were pretty strong. We had "yellow" flag most days. Sand is a wonderful, powdery white. Great Trip!
