This one bedroom is a large 700 sq. ft. condominium unit in a three unit building. There are two one bedroom units available and a two bedroom unit. You can add to your group by adding another unit. The two bedroom/two bath sleep 6 and is 1400 sq. ft. plus a deck with Gulf views and excellent entertaining area. You can view the two bedroom unit on line too, similar style just twice as big.
They have all been remodeled to new condition as of 5/1/2014 and have been beautifully appointed with quality finishes and furnishings.
They are only a half of a block to the north end of Siesta Public Beach. You can walk to Siesta Key Village as it is only four blocks or take the tip taxi's that are usually available with a quick phone call.
They all have large brick patios with a gas BBQ and patio furniture and can be accessed out a patio door off the living area.
Plenty of parking, which is rare on Siesta Key properties.
You will be impressed with these clean one bedroom condo units and they are so close to the best beach in the U.S.. Siesta Key is continually rated as one of the top in the world for it's clean white quartz sand. Come and enjoy and you will fall in love with Siesta Key Beach and the community of Sarasota.
I also have 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom properties on or across Beach Rd. from the beach. All are well above standard quality rental properties.
The upscale shops and fine dinning of St. Armands Cr. is only a short 20 drive.
Siesta Key Village is relaxed and mostly casual with a few fine dinning venues.

|Deposits: 50% reservation deposit and the balance is due six weeks prior to your rental dates. There is a $300 damage deposit that will be refunded after your stay if the unit is left in good condition.|

|Other Fees: $150 pet fee for a week and $200 for a months stay plus an additional $200 damage deposit. Stays of less then a week will be charged a end of the stay cleaning fee of $75. Over Three hours of cleaning you will be charged $25 per hour to bring the property back to rentable condition, like when you arrived. Thursday and Friday are considered weekend nights for purposes of rates.|

This unit was, by any measure, the nicest we've ever rented on Siesta Key. It's recently (May 2014) renovated in a well landscaped lo-rise neighborhood less than a three minute walk from the quiet north end of the public beach--and far from all the condo towers mid-key that make the south and mid-key beaches much more crowded. This sparkling clean unit is exactly as indicated by the photos. It's nearly brand new, with high end furnishings and finishes inside & out. The large, private patio had a full table and chairs, a chaise and a large gas grill we used often. The management/service was exemplary. In fact, we found this unit after arriving in FL only to find that our initial reservation in a larger complex was a scam. Dave, the manager at this unit, delayed his New Year's Eve plans--and saved ours--so we could check-in at 7:45 pm! I'm looking forward to staying here again soon and recommend it without hesitation!
Clean, Comfortable & Courteous

This place was perfect for the two of us and close to the beach and not far from the village. We were very please and will use this place if we visit Siesta Key again. The place was Very Clean, bed was very comfortable, it was very roomy, and newly decorated. Thank you Dave for your assistance in our stay. There is also a washer and dryer at this place which is a plus.

4th of July fun!

Our group rented Unit B (one bedroom downstairs) and Unit C (2 bedroom upstairs) for the long 4th of July weekend. This place is SPECTACULAR! It was just completely renovated...everything is brand new from the flooring, bathrooms, appliances and furniture to the bedding and towels. The units are decorated in an upscale beach theme. One of our teenagers said, "this place is nicer than our house". They have beach chairs and towels to use, if you need them. It is a very easy walk across the street to the beach (which is absolutely gorgeous). In fact, we made several trips back and forth to the units to make lunch, bring additional beach toys, etc. We drove to Siesta Village and didn't have any issue finding parking. The outside shower and hose on the brand new paver deck was nice to rinse all the beach gear (and our feet) off. We used the outdoor gas grill two nights to cook dinner. It was such a pleasure to use brand new plates, bowls, blender, oven, etc, etc. There is a balcony on the second floor unit with views of the ocean. We have rented MANY houses/units for our extended familly vacations...and this was by far our favorite. If you're thinking about renting one of these units...do it, you'll love it.
