Wonderful stay

“ Excellent ”
July 28, 2011
We had a wonderful stay at this little cabin. It was exceptionally clean, the people are incredibly helpful and friendly, it had an extra home feel since the owners are there and operate it all themselves. The location was quiet and beautiful. Great area for the kids to run and play. We got to know other kids and combined they spent hours at the creek on the property. And despite the quiet, rural setting it was incredibly close to everything. 5 minutes to Rushmore, one minute to Keystone. LOVED our stay. Just a note this is a very small cabin - but it worked just great for our family of four! Highly recommended this place.

Stay at Cabin

“ Excellent ”
January 3, 2015
My mom and I decided to go to the Black Hills for vacation. I started looking for cheap cabins because I knew we wouldn't be around for most of the day. We really enjoyed the cabin! It was bigger than what my mom and I are used to! It's also away from almost everything, which is really nice! It felt weird because my mom and I are used to noise, but we got used to it. Glenda and her husband are amazing people and also very helpful!

This great new cabin, completed in Jan 2008, has all the amenities of home. It is located in the Deer Mountain resort area, just a 15 minute drive to downtown Deadwood, yet located on 5 acres in the trees. The view is beautiful from any of the 3 different level decks. The lower...

Excellent Views

“ Excellent ”
August 13, 2015
This home was outstanding and very beautiful inside and out. The views were breath taking. Communication with Bob was the best. We stayed during the Sturgis 75th anniversary. The only thing I would caution is those with motorcycles. It is about a 1/2 mile off of 14a on a hard packed dirt road with a steady incline and then a hard right turn (about 130 degrees) up a steep gravel road to the house. So if you are trailering your bikes or riding be prepared for this obstacle. It wasn't impossible just a little tedious. I would definitely stay here again but maybe not with the bikes.
